About this apartment rental
You’re just a few steps from the sea and the Calanques, and you’ll enjoy the comfort of this fully renovated apartment with high-quality service (awarded 5 stars by Atout France).
Whether you’re traveling for business or on vacation, our goal is to make your stay easier with an all-inclusive service. The beds are made upon arrival. Final cleaning is included in the price. You’ll receive a welcome basket with everything you need to start your stay, as well as basic hygiene products. If you’re traveling with young children, we also provide the necessary childcare. Our goal: to make you feel at home while enjoying the comforts of an apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor of our villa at the Pointe Rouge harbor in Marseille. It has its own entrance, and the apartment’s garden is private. The apartment consists of a 28 m² living and dining room with access to a 24 m² terrace and a 120 m² garden reserved exclusively for the apartment. The two bedrooms are furnished with very comfortable beds and are particularly quiet. They are equipped with electric blinds that provide complete blackout. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily prepare your meals: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso... The bathroom and toilet are separate. The apartment is air-conditioned.
The apartment features Wi-Fi internet access, a private parking space on the property, and comfortable beds. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Its location near the Calanques National Park, at the Pointe Rouge harbor, close to the beaches, and at the foot of the Maritime Shuttle leading to the Old Port makes it an ideal spot to enjoy seaside activities in the 8th arrondissement and explore Marseille.
Tourist attractions, sightseeing spots, and activities you shouldn’t miss during your stay:
- Enjoy the Pointe Rouge neighborhood and its seaside promenade. Beach, swimming, water sports...
- The Calanques: From a short stroll to a longer hike, you can explore the stunning Calanques landscape. You can also reach them by boat.
- Visit the Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral and take in its magnificent view of the entire city, the Old Port, and the Port of Marseille.
- Explore downtown Marseille, the Old Port, and the Panier district.
- Boat trips to the Calanques and visits to Frioul Island and the Château d’If.
- Various museums: the Maritime Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Museum of African, Oceanic, and Native American Art, ...
- Various sports activities, especially with a view of the sea, such as scuba diving or sailing (accessible on foot from the apartment)

Great location, great host, great air-con that removes the mosquitoes that might otherwise plague you in other properties. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back with my family!

Calm and cool property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Close to Navette for easy access to the Vieux Porte of Marseille. Beaches and calanques close by.
Friendly and generous welcome but unobtrusive during our stay.

We have had 16 great days here in Marseille. The apartment was really nice and we were grateful for fruit, cake and wine that was here for us on arrival. It's an ideal location for sightseeing, we went on many trips to Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Marseille town centre, Toulon and many more. Gorges du Verdon was fun for the whole family and we enjoyed hiking in the Sormiou calanque, great views! The beach in Pointe Rouge is nice for both swimming and sunbathing. The French food is great and we can recommend nearby restaurants such as L'escale at the beach, Le Siam (200 metres left of the apartment) and the Lebanese restaurant in the centre. Very friendly people. The hosts of the apartment are very nice and provided lots of information about what to do in the area, in addition to providing an apartment with everything you need for your holiday, such as towels, bedding and toiletries, so all you need to bring is your suitcase. Very much recommended!
