The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this flat is ideally located in the Carre d'or of Marseille in a residential area, in a very pleasant environment near the Pointe Rouge, with a surface area of 59 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a beautiful living room of 23 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted kitchenette and with a balcony.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, hob, hood, microwave oven, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of about 16 m², north-west facing, with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
There are small shops nearby (Place Bonnefon) and also the large Bonneveine shopping centre (shops and Carrefour). On Avenue de Hambourg, you will find a butcher's shop and a first-rate greengrocer.
You can walk to the seaside on foot, which is very pleasant. By car, you can, in little time, go to the port of Goudes and to the departure of the paths of the creeks.
Activities :
By staying in this flat you make the choice of a quiet district, sought after for its quality of life, located 5 minutes from the BONNEVEINE shopping centre with its open-air shopping arcade, near the village districts of Mazargues and Vieille Chapelle, between the town and the Beaches, Old Port and Calanques.
You can visit the Château de Borely and the contemporary art museum Le Mac, walk through the streets of the city and go to the old port of Marseille by sea shuttle (in summer), go to sea from the port of the Pointe Rouge. Discover the famous Calanques of Marseille at 5 minutes by bike, visit the village of Les Goudes at 10 minutes by car...
You will find the CHANOT business park and the VELODROME less than 10 minutes away by bus.
Events : the Delta Festival, the Festival of Marseille, the festival of Aix en Provence...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the accommodation in public car parks.
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: line 44.
- Nearest train station: Marseille train station located about 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport.
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport located about 32 minutes by car and 1h10 by public transport.
Other remarks:

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Carré Huit "The host was great and responded very fast to our messages.
The apartment was spotless and had pretty much everything we needed. Also very quie, private and nice neighbours. We had a fan in each room which was making the nights very comfotable while it was very hot outside. The apartment had some kind of AC system which kept the apartment around 25 degrees when it was super hot outside.
Only thing which is not included are the sheets but the host borrowed us some!
Also the apartment had an alarm which was really handy.
Only thing what you should be aware of (which most likely is in all marseille) is that we don’t recommend you to park your car on the street. Unfortunately during one of the nights our car window got smashed and also some other cars as well. But again, this can happen anywhere in Marseille. :)"
