About this apartment rental
We welcome you to the 8th arrondissement of Marseille, located between the Borely stopover, a very popular district and the port of the Pointe Rouge. You will be accommodated 5 minutes walk from the beaches and the golf course of the Hippodrome Borely, at the gates of the Calanques park of Marseille Cassis.
You will immediately feel like you are on holiday in this bright apartment.
You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets on the beach, a water sports center is nearby (windsurfing, paddle, optimist, laser, catamaran), you can go diving to discover the seabed of the Calanques National Park of Marseille and Cassis which includes 70 diving sites, or rent a boat, go buoy or wake boarding. And to finish the splendid hikes of the coast, you will be close to the creeks and close to the Col de la Gineste to reach Cassis. The old port will be accessible by the Kennedy corniche which overlooks the sea and overlooks the Frioul islands. The velodrome stadium is located 5 minutes away by car.
All the essential shops are on site (grocery store, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.), many restaurants surround you. Regarding your travels, you will find bus lines, there are also other fun ways: electric scooter or bike thanks to the equipment you will find nearby.
This T3 apartment is composed of:
2 bedrooms with 1 bed in 160 for bedroom 1 and 1 bed in 180 for bedroom 2,
1 living-dining room with 2-seater sofa bed, TV
1 fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, wine cellar, Nespresso, kettle and toaster
1 loggia adjoining the kitchen to wash your laundry, ironing board and iron
1 bathroom,
1 separate toilet,
1 terrace,
1 parking space in the residence.
Before booking a first exchange by message is preferred.
We accept stays from one week.

We had a wonderful stay: the apartment was all that we hoped: clean and comfortable. Melanie was the consummate hostess, she personally welcomed us, gave us great recommendations, even helped arrange airport transportation for our very early flight back on a holiday Sunday! Would highly recommend!

Idéalement positionné aux alentours du Prado, de la Pointe Rouge et à deux pas des échoppes de commerce de proximité ainsi que des restaurants de bord de mer, cet appartement saura ravir vos pensées et vos souvenirs pour n’y laisser que les bons.
Disposant de baies vitrées et de fenêtres communiquantes, l’air iodé à proximité permet de passer un séjour estival agréable et frais malgré les chaudes températures méditerranéennes (attention à ne pas oublier la crème solaire !).
Idéalement aménagé, comprenant deux chambres décorées avec goût ainsi qu’un salon contemporain disposant d’un canapé convertible deux places, vous aurez un accès rapide et simple au balcon, parfait pour les barbecues de l’été.
