Le Rooftop Saint Charles parking privé

Great location. No interaction with people, I like that. Communication with owner was smooth. They were nice and reactive for the most part. The apartment has a great layout. The rooftop has a beautiful view on Notre Dame de la Garde. It is well equipped with all usual and common appliances. The building is very secured thanks to multiple restricted access points.

I'd wish the key recovery was a bit easier. Maybe a code access to the building, then keys inside a locker(?) instead of having to go the another (nearby) location to retrieve the keys. The apartment might need a tiny bit of maintenance. For example one door had a little hole. The washroom didn't have a functioning air vent. There was a white stain on one of the bed sheets... Owner sent us a "warning" about damage to the property twice. We did not like that. Once was understandable and enough. The repeated warning was awkward and sounded like a threat.

Oui assez simple de récupérer la clé Après c était un peu plus compliquer surtout accès au parking….

Logement très bien situé et agréable à vivre.

Nous avons eu un problème avec le code du cadenas à l’arrivée, ce n’était pas très agréable d’avoir à attendre avant de pouvoir se poser après le voyage.
