About this villa rental

Located in Marseille, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to Palais Longchamps or the 12-minute walk to Parc Longchamp. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Marseille by hopping on a metro at either Cinq Avenues - Longchamp Station, a short 11-minute walk away, or Chartreux Station, 12 minutes away.

Relax in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this villa. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a sofa bed, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with a stovetop and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities.

To start, there is no parking anywhere near the apartment and no place to safely unload luggage. We had a Mercedes V class van and could not fit anywhere without hanging into the street. The trash dumpsters were right next to the door and overflowing by the entrance to the apartment. The rooms were not clean by any means and their was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that went throughout the apartment. The neighborhood was not an area that felt safe to walk around in with kids and the only thing to do would have been walk to some sort of public transportation to go elsewhere for dinner or entertainment. We left within 30 minutes of arriving and didn’t even unload our stuff. The pictures and description portray it as a quaint, well lit house with private terrace or patio but we found it to be an apartment with a communal open space that was not as shown in the pictures. We contacted the owners the next day and they dismissed all of our concerns and would not refund any of our payment. I would not recommend this for your stay in Marseille.
