A great property for a group of friends for easy access to all that Marsielle has to offer

Great property - photos do not do it justice. Great location. Great host.

It is above a bar that stays open until late - you could hear the music thumping into the early hours.

Stayed with a group of friends

Location was spot on, beautiful right on the waterfront and the flat was spacious with cool interior.

Me and my group of friends didn't mind but the place is 2 floors above a club and it gets a bit loud at night.

Central location, one excellent and one tired apartment.

We rented a 1 and 2 Bedroom apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment was nicely renovated and very comfortable. The location is very good - close to the old town and walking distance to most attractions.

The 1 bedroom apartment was very 'tired' and needs updating. Whilst the location is central I would not allow my family to walk outside at night due to the amount of youths gathering around the port.

Need to get some true matress

Location was perfect. The place had nice views.

The appartment information is wrong, there are only two true beds. The rest of us (4people) had to sleep on kind of coushions directly on the floor. Far away from a matress. The place is very noisy at night even if you close the windows because there is a disco downstairs

Fantastic location, close to restaurants and transport. Great location on the port. Great amenities with washer and dryer as well.

Top floor with only access by steep stairs. Can be little noisy at night with music from bars below.

Nice, clean and great location. There are many clubs just outside so it is loud in the evening but for us this was the reason we booked this place. The host was helpful and quick to react.

Perfect localisation and amazing apartment

Magnifique loft, spacieux, confortable, tout équipé, emplacement au top avec une superbe vue. Le +++ Fouzia est absolument adorable et se montre toujours disponible et à l’écoute durant tout le séjour !

Les mauvaises odeurs des canalisations ont un peu gâchés le séjour

Idéalement situé, très joli appartement, typique, très bien décoré

Odeurs de canalisation de la douche dans la chambre et salle de bains très très très gênantes. Cela sent les égouts très fort dans tout l’appartement. Manque d’hygiène literie, le matelas n’est pas protégé d’une alaise.

Tolle Zeit in Marseille

Sehr zentrale Lage. Man kann von hier alles zu Fuß, dem Leihfahrrad oder dem ÖPNV machen. Im Gegezug muss man in Kauf nehmen, dass man mitten im Ausgehviertel der Stadt ist, mit der entsprechenden Lärmentwicklung. Die mitgenommenen Ohrstöpsel haben wir aber nicht gebraucht.

Un excellent séjour!

Très beau loft, très spacieux, jolie décoration, bien équipé, propre et idéalement situé ! Fouzia qui s’occupe de l’appartement est adorable et disponible pour s’occuper de chaque détail.

Le gros point négatif est causé par le bar situé au pied de l’immeuble. Le DJ, la musique extrêmement forte une partie de la nuit. Idéal pour des locataires qui viennent faire la fête. Un peu moins pour une famille…

Super. À recommander.

Tout était très bien. Nous avons malheureusement été privé d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours sur 4, suite à une panne de gaz dans le quartier. Très bel emplacement ; 2 étages sans ascenseur, mais ancien immeuble donc environ 45 marches. Il ne faut pas oublier quelque chose trop souvent. Tout est à portée de mains : restaurants (très nombreux), parkings, métro, bus… Endroit très animé, vivant, très agréable. Beau temps, mis à part un très fort mistral le mardi, surtout sur la corniche. Je recommande cet appartement. Y retournerons avec plaisir.

Premier soir avec un dj qui mixait très compliqué pour le bruit, deuxième soir soirée normal, ça passait bc mieux même s

L’emplacement est top sur le vieux port, l’appartement est décoré avec goût . Super vue. Il y a tout le confort une boulangerie juste à côté et une petite épicerie.

Il faut le savoir, au rdc bar de nuit discothèque, ça ferme à 2h du matin et la musique fait trembler les murs. Pour une famille avec de enfants en bas âge ça peut être gênant. Les télécommandes de la climatisation sont retirés pour éviter que l’on parte avec. Obligé d’éteindre au tableaux électriques car trop froid.
