A comfortable home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it was like a home away from home. Great location and, most importantly, quiet at night. The hosts gave great service and succeeded in making our stay in Marseille enjoyable and memorable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect location and very comfortable, spacious accommodation.

Excellent location near to the Old Port; very spacious accommodation. Excellent security with door code access to main building and apartment.

Kitchen utensils and glasses were limited and could be more extensive. The internet / wi-fi was not particularly strong, and needs to be improved.

Spacious apartment in good location but attention to detail was lacking. Disappointing.

Location

The bed sheets did not fit the mattress and constantly came off during the night, making for an uncomfortable sleep. The sheets were also old. The host failed to contact us at check in to advise readiness of room and check in details until we sent many messages after the check in time.

Well located accessible room in Marseille

The wheelchair accessible room was great - easily accessible from the street (rather than having to go up front stairs), and was way more spacious than the normal accessible room. Toilet and bathroom were split which is super helpful. If there was only a wheelchair user (and no partner) in the room - storage of glasses and plates would have been too high - so would pay to drop some of them lower into the drawers. But other than that, it was one of the best accessible rooms we've stayed in.

Communication prior to arrival wasn't great - but this seemed to be a problem with Booking.com. We had asked two months prior to confirm that the wheelchair accessible room was available - we had booked for three people. No reply, so we took a chance that they'd read it. Sent the same message via Booking.com the day before - again no reply. When we arrived, we found out that those messages hadn't been received - and we were in a room on the third floor we couldn't get to. Luckily the accessible room was unbooked - so we were able to change - but there was no sofa bed in that room, so we were still without a bed for our daughter. Luckily the owner realised the problem and sorted a room for her FOC which we genuinely appreciated. For me, the issue is not the problem - but how they solved it. And in this case they did that very well.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures, very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we required during our stay. The location was also very good, walking distance to the vieux port as well as a couple of bus stops nearby to explore more of Marseille.

The aprtment being on level 1 meant we heard all the noise from the street on Friday night. However it was not a big problem because the next few nights were quiet. Just a note to request an apprtment on a higher level if available.

Gorgeous apartment in fantastic location!

Beautifully renovated apartment in the centre of Marseille. Excellent location close to shops and restaurants in the Old Port area. Lovely owners and wonderful staff - particularly the lady who manned the apartment.

A lovely experience

The place feels luxurious, really comfortable bed, sheets covers etc - the kitchen is well equipped and it has some nice touches like the record player.

Smaller than it looks in the pictures. But that didn’t matter.

Nice accomodation that was really spacious. Easy check in and generally good location. Kitchen and laundry facilities were helpful too

Stylish apartment

The apartment was beautiful with a bank of windows looking out but not overlooked. The terrace was cleverly designed and lovely. Very stylish and uplifting space. The bed was comfortable. The shower good.

The shower door seal does not fit properly - it doesn’t seal tight so water pours out onto the floor which leaves a puddle to be cleaned up. The terrace of the apartment wasn’t clean and I had to sweep the floor (there were about 6 fag ends lying). The air conditioning system on the terrace was covered with dust and the external chairs were also dusty. I cleaned them with my wet wipes before sitting on them. Communication was difficult between hosts/me because of language barrier. It was better once what’s app communication was set up. Front door needs fixing. Very heavy to open. Kitchen surfaces although look beautiful are difficult to clean - there were no cloths for cleaning it.

Une très belle surprise à Marseille. Emplacement parfait pour aller vers le Vieux port, les rues commerçantes…tout faire à pied, resto, bars, sport…dans un établissement (avec du cachet, belles finitions), au calme, avec cerise sur le gâteau, le joli parc Puget à 3’ à pied où l’on découvre une vue magnifique sur Marseille. En bref, nous avons tout aimé. Hâte de revenir. Bravo

Malheureusement en rénovant ces beaux appartements l’isolation entre les étages n’a pas été renforcée et le bruit des pas du dessus devient vite insupportable surtout la nuit.

Idéal pour rendez vous d'affaires dans le centre de Marseille

emplacement idéal en plein centre de Marseille, j'ai pu faire tous mes rendez vous à pieds. Bien qu'en rez-de-chaussée sur rue les nuits sont calmes et l'appartement bien isolé. Beau volume de l'espace, literie excellente et linge de toilette de top qualité. Propriétaire très disponible malgré mon arrivée tardive. dosettes de café à l'arrivée et matériel de qualité.

Le rez-de-chaussée sur rue ne permet pas vraiment d'ouvrir les fenêtres, heureusement je n'y étais pas en journée. Manque une bouilloire et une casserole pour faire chauffer de l'eau pour les amateurs de thé et se faire vite fait des pâtes.

Tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. L’appartement est décoré avec goût, très calme et extrêmement bien équipé. La literie est excellente et tout est d’une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci à Hakima pour sa disponibilité, son accueil et sa gentillesse. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi !

L’appartement était joliment décoré, très bien équipé et idéalement situé, avec de nombreux restaurants et bonnes adresses dans le quartier. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Tout d’abord l’accueil , la disponibilité du responsable, de la personne sur place. Le sourire , la gentillesse et la serviabilité de la personne présente sur place . L’appartement était vraiment super beau , propre , tout y est présent et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, c’était un bonheur de rentrer s’y reposer.
