Location, Location, Location

Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. A beautiful living room with windows offering fantastic views of the Old Port. Well equipped kitchen. Two large bedrooms far enough from each other for more privacy. Large living space. This is the ideal place to stay at Marseille.

Pleasant

Excellent Location in the heart of Marseille. We were there with kids and it was very easy to walk to all the places. The homemade pizza at the bottom of the building is excellent and we enjoyed the apéro time on the main square. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is rudimental and lacks of coziness in the living area. A little more love needs to be given. They are aware and the property has everything to become an amazing place.

name of the place was not displayed and was not easy to get the key as we did not have a local phone and had to go to the pub across the road to help us out.

Dobrze, że tylko na dwie noce.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Starego Portu i metra. Mieszkanie ma swój klimat, ale jest bardzo zaniedbane. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. Dobrze, że gospodarz napisał instrukcję jak otwierać drzwi, gdyż są bardzo nieintuicyjne.

Apartament zaniedbany. O ile na kamienicę właściciel zapewne nie ma za dużo wpływu tak na mieszkanie już tak. Znaczna część płytek w mieszkaniu była ruchoma. Brak prześcieradła na kanapę ( w szafie jedynie dodatkowe poduszki, koc i poszwa na kołdrę). Łóżka w sypialniach dosyć krótkie, co dla niektórych może być sporym utrudnieniem. Tylko jedno okno uchylało się bez problemu - pozostałe udało się otworzyć tylko na oścież. W kuchni brak czajnika! Talerze i kubki (schowane w salonie) - swoje lata świetności też mają już za sobą. Klamki w drzwiach trzymają się na słowo honoru, a pod wanną są niezabezpieczone kable (wanna nie należy do zbyt wygodnych i woda leje się po całej łazience jeżeli chce się wziąć prysznic).

La posizione. Internet grazie al tempestivo intervento della proprietaria ha funzionato egregiamente

Appartamento con mobilia vecchia, pavimento con mattonelle traballanti e molto rumoroso.Non facendo molto caldo abbiamo chiuso le finestre attenuando un po' il rumore da fuori, ciò nonostante e' stato impossibile riposare né durante il giorno né durante la notte. Purtroppo con le finestre chiuse c'era un forte odore di fogna in tutta la casa. In cucina non abbiamo trovato né piatti, né bicchieri né posate, impossibile pertanto da utilizzare. Il set pulizia era inadeguato in quanto la scopa era consunta ed il mocio era da cambiare(vedi foto) Bagno da ristrutturare completamente,in primis suggerirei di mettere una doccia, sicuramente più funzionale e pratica della vasca con tendina che c'è attualmente. Mancavano inoltre ganci per appendere più asciugamani (ce n'era solo uno) o un mobile dove appoggiare le cose. Non capirò mai il senso di mettere il wc in una stanza separata, lo trovo angusto e non essendoci finestra anche poco arieggiato. Nonostante nella prenotazione fosse previsto non era presente nessun kit bagno omaggio né tantomeno un porta sapone o un bagno schiuma. Gli asciugamani cosi come le lenzuola sono di qualità scarsa. I letti piccoli sia come grandezza (letto alla francese) ma soprattutto come lunghezza. L'armadio di una delle due camere consisteva in due piani con una tenda davanti a chiusura.

Un bon séjour avec un logement bien placé et facile d'accès.

Oui, c'était très simple d'accès et surtout bien expliqué par l'hôte. J'ai pu échanger rapidement par téléphone avec. Suivi d'un bon message assez long et bien explicite pour récupérer les clés.

La douche est selon nous un peu mal agencé car il est difficile de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout.
