It's an Airbnb style property where you are handed over the keys from the owner (in this case from IBIS Hotel which is just 2 mins walk away from the property). The rooms and the facilities inside the flat are clean and in good condition. There is one double bed that is slightly broken and has been reported by multiple reviewers but still hasn't been fixed. The AC is working.
The best part I like about this property is the central location and very easy access to the basement parking. 5 stars for that.
1) since the defective mattress / bed has been reported multiple times by the reviewers, it should have been fixed by now.
2) The property /building itself is very old and shabby. More importantly it is the amount of cockroaches that lies around the stairs and entrance, and I personally cleaned myself during my 6 days stay as my kids are very afraid to pass by.

Nice decor but common area needs some cleaning.
Common area needs some cleaning. Unfortunately was full of cockroaches. Only one towel per person available. One of the bedrooms without ac. Outside very noisy and we were very unfortunate cause there was a group on top floor partying at 5am.

"A very good flat near the Vieux Porte, restaurants and public transport. Very tasteful with a good cooking area for breakfasts and coffee. A little noisy on Friday and Saturday but you're also welcome..."
