Duży i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Czysto i przestronnie. Dla rodziny 5 osobowej rewelacja. Dostępność parkingu podziemnego jest tutaj prawdziwym atutem. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Łatwy odbiór i zwrot kluczy. Zapomniał bym o bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Turystycznie rewelacja! 10 minut pieszo do plaży, 15 minut pieszo do fantastycznego portu, czy 20 minut pieszo do Bazyliki Notre Dame de la Garde.
Wszystkie niedogodności raczej niezależne od właściciela, więc nie wspominam.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Sauber und komfortabel. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Marseille. Ein Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt sind fußläufig entfernt, ebenso der öffentliche Nahverkehr.

Logement au calme et proche du centre. Bonne literie. La flexibilité sur l’heure d’arrivée
C’est regrettable que les propriétaires ne communiquent pas davantage sur l’état et l’utilisation des équipements. Durant notre séjour, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que le volet roulant de la chambre côté terrasse ne fonctionnait pas, et que la porte de la baie vitrée de cette même chambre n’était plus sécurisée. Par ailleurs, la présence d’une baignoire était indiquée, mais il était impossible de l’utiliser en raison de l’absence du clapet de vidage. Compte tenu du prix et du niveau de confort attendu, cela reste assez dommage…
