About this house rental
Single-storey house, not overlooked, at the foot of the hiking trails of the Chaîne de l'Etoile (in the land of Pagnol) in the middle of nature.
3 bedrooms:
- a master suite with 160 bed, with private toilet and shower room
- a bedroom with 140 beds
single beds 90x200 (bunk beds + trundle), and a comfortable sofa bed for two people.
A large living room + a separate TV/reading room.
Patio, terraces.
Several tables outside.
House bathed in light with high ceilings, raw materials only (rammed earth, wood, cast concrete).
Property classified as an LPO refuge, let yourself be carried away by the song of birds all year round, and cicadas in summer.PGJyPg
Large edible Mediterranean garden, and many fruit trees, to be picked all year round.
Ideal location to visit Marseille, the Provençal hinterland (very close to Allauch, its old village and its mills), Aix-en-Provence, Sainte Victoire, but also the entire coast (Côte Bleue to the west, Cassis, La Ciotat, and Côte d'Azur to the east).
Green setting, village core of Château-Gombert nearby with its market and restaurants. Shops and pharmacy 15 minutes walk/4 minutes by car, La Batarelle district.
10 minutes from the beginning of the hiking trails of the Etoile and Garlaban chains, with one of the most beautiful views of the harbor of Marseille and the Frioul islands.PGJyPg
Bus 5 minutes walk, connection
in 15 minutes with metro line 1 towards Le Vieux-Port.
