Cocoonr is offering ‘Le Divillien’ for rent: a superb 120 m² flat situated right in the heart of Marseille city centre, close to the Vieux Port and the shopping streets. Fully renovated in 2021, it features 4 beautiful bedrooms with high-quality fittings. Set in a typical Marseillais building, it is the ideal location to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Marseille. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a typical Marseille building and comprises a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5-star standard) are provided, and your bed will be made upon arrival.
The flat is laid out as follows:
- In the entrance hall, a main corridor leading off to your left to:
- A living area comprising a large kitchen, a large table for meals with family or friends, and the lounge. From the corridor, on the right, you’ll find the bedrooms:
- Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- Two bathrooms with showers
Le Divillien is fully equipped to make you feel right at home: Wi-Fi / Washer-dryer / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee and tea capsules…
When you stay at Le Divillien, you’re choosing a spacious flat in a central location, ideal for exploring the city. Situated on a car-free shopping street with the tram stop right outside the building, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the Old Port or Place Castellane. The streets of Paradis, Montgrand and Grignan, with their many shops, are less than a 5-minute walk away.
Transport:
- The T3 tram line runs right past the building; Metro lines 1 and 2 are accessible at Castellane station, which is 3 stops away.
- The nearest car park is the Q-Park Baret Saint-Ferréol.
- Saint-Charles station is 15 minutes away by Metro Line 2 to Notre-Dame du Mont station, or on foot.
- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber.
You will receive a personalised welcome on arrival from a member of staff at the Cocoonr Marseille office, who will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
Further notes:
- As this is a residential area, no parties or noise disturbances will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with the neighbours, who ensure the neighbourhood remains quiet.
Should we receive any complaints regarding noise disturbance, we will be obliged to terminate your booking without a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Le Divillien "We stayed as a group of 7 in this beautiful big apartment. The description is very accurate.
The apartment was very clean and suited us as a big group perfectly. We all loved it and were impressed by it. It felt very comfortable and pleasant to return to the apartment after the long walks through Marseille. You have all that you need there and more. For example in the kitchen, if you want to dine in the apartment, you have enough plates, glasses and cutlery for the people, we never had to wash by hand but had always enough to fill the dishwasher and run it.
Also very important the beds are very comfortable to sleep in.
The location is perfect! You can walk to so many interesting quarters in Marseille but have the option of getting into any tram/bus/metro very quickly as well.
As a big group the accommodation is perfect. We would definitely book here again or check other locations from this provider. It was definitely worth it!

Le Divillien The location was great. They were very helpful with a late check-in that we required. Only issue was a logged kitchen sink. Making it difficult for us to wash dishes. Other than that, perfectly located.

Le Divillien Really spacious, clean apartment equipped with everything we needed. The noise was as we expected for a central location and did not impact our stay. The location is ideal for exploring the sights of Marseille. Our check in was later than planned as our flight had been delayed, but Céline, who checked us in, was very understanding, friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone who doesn’t have difficulty using stairs and doesn’t mind a little bit of city noise.

Le Divillien The location and space were fantastic! We enjoyed the layout and privacy for each of us! It was very comfortable! Somehow I missed the fact that there were 3 long flights of stairs to carry our luggage up so we were a little overwhelmed at first but once we got up there we loved it!
