Clean, modern and in an ideal location but too cramped for four people!

Ideal location and the garden terrace was lovely.

There was a constant spicy food smell whenever we left the air con off. And the apartment we had (room 10) was just too small for four people to enjoy a comfortable stay, the pictures seemed to me to make the rooms look bigger than they were (and there was only a curtain, not a door, between the bedroom and living room). The kitchen lacked basic supplies like extra rubbish bags, toilet rolls and tea towels to dry dishes - despite signs insisting on people washing up their dishes. And they were insistent on us not being able to check in until 4pm despite the room being ready before that, which was frustrating

Good location. Very close to Old Port. Apartment consist of bedroom with a large bed and a room which contains a kitchen and a large sofa. Easy to reach attractions, public transport. Available a garden/terrace. Also laundry facility.

It was a little noisy during night time, as the windows were facing to the street used by bikers.

La prima sistemazione era inagibile per 4 persone, la seconda più adatta lasciava molta promiscuità tra gli occupanti con problemi legati alla temperatura alta nel soppalco e bassa nel piano inferiore. La richiesta di cauzione appare fuori luogo visto che la sistemazione è piuttosto spartana.

Bien situé mais rapport qualité prix non satisfaisant

La situation était parfaite pour visiter Marseille à pieds.

Le logement est situé dans une rue bruyante et les fenêtres (de mauvaise qualité) n’isolent pas du bruit. La lumière passe à travers les persiennes et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. La chambre parentale est vraiment petite et ne ferme qu’avec un rideau. Plusieurs choses de cet appartement nécessitent un entretien, des trous visibles non rebouchés, des choses abîmées, une cuvette WC mal fixée. A notre arrivée, la housse de couette était humide (mal séchée après lavage?) mais le service contacté par téléphone m’a permis d’en obtenir une sèche… mais pas vraiment envie de gérer ça le 1er soir.

很干净，清洁房间的员工热情友好。房间漂亮，离很多旅游景点近。周边有许多餐馆和小超市。

他们提供的寄存行李柜就是个灾难。我们在check in 前两小时到了，用信用卡支付了寄存行李费用，但是没有收到柜子的密码。我们打电话给客服，两个号码都没人接，只好通过Booking发信息。结果花了一个多小时才拿到密码...... 我看住宿信息的时候，这家宾馆是提供洗衣机的。但实际上的洗衣机是后院洗衣房里给员工用来洗客房的毛巾的，洗衣机一直都没闲下来，根本没法用。吹风机响的像个电钻。如果你的孩子睡着了，你晚上洗完头可是不敢去浴室吹头发的。即使紧闭volets和窗户，晚上还是能在房间里临街的一侧不停地听到摩托车声、警笛声和救护车的呼叫声。你必须拥有非常好的睡眠质量。到的时候得自己拍照片做état de lieux（以防房间里本来就损坏的东西怪罪到你的头上）, 退房的时候也得做。餐具必须洗干净放回原位。我干嘛不直接找个好的Airbnb？很多房东都没这么多退房规矩，而且还能提供洗碗机！

L'emplacement central (proximité du Vieux port et des rues commerçantes), espace extérieur et buanderie. Réactivité de l'équipe d'Adira pour répondre aux questions et requêtes. Je recommande grandement.

Séjour agréable en famille

Logement agréable et propre, bien équipé et literie confortable. Facile d'accès, à 3 stations de metro de la gare de Marseille et proche du vieux-Port (6mn à pieds) tout en étant au calme. Patio commun bien apprécié pour manger à l'extérieur !

J'aurai préféré une porte coulissante au lieu d'un rideau pour séparer la chambre. Le logement qu'on avait n'est pas très lumineux, sans doute car il est au RDC.

Super séjour, super appartement, nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Très bien situé ! À proximité du Vieux-Port sans les désagréments liés au bruit. Supermarché, bonne boulangerie et parking à quelques mètres. Petite supérette ouverte tard à côté aussi. L’appartement est confortable, bien aménagé. Nous avons apprécié la clim avec la forte chaleur ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le patio avec canapés/fauteuils/tables, très agréable pour se poser, lire au calme, boire un apéro :-) Appartement donnant sur le patio donc nous n’avons eu aucun bruit de la rue c’était très appréciable. Accès avec les codes très facile. Merci aussi au monsieur qui était à l’accueil à notre arrivée, très gentil.

L’aspirateur n’aspirait pas du tout c’est dommage… Il faudra le changer car c’est très utile de l’avoir pour le ménage quotidien lorsque nous restons plusieurs jours. Prévoir des poubelles recyclage (verre/plastique/carton) dans un coin du patio pourrait aussi être bien. Dommage aussi que certaines personnes ne respectent pas les lieux (personnes qui rentrent tard et font du bruit), mais les gérants n’y sont pour rien.

Hôtel bien situé et bien tenu mais il y a une femme de ménage qui est voleuse. Attention!

Très bon rapport prix, appartement très propre, bien équipé et bien situé.

J’ai malheureusement oublié ma trousse de toilette qui contenait aussi ma trousse à cosmétiques et une petite pochette de bijoux dans la salle de bains de mon appartement. Le tout était assez volumineux. J’ai appelé quelques heures après mon départ pour savoir comment la récupérer. La dame au téléphone a été très aimable et a vraiment fait son possible et a parlé aux 3 femmes de ménage qui ne l’adoraient pas trouvée, ce qui est impossible. Je lui ai parlé à deux occasions. L’une des femmes de ménage était manifestement malhonnête et peu fiable. En tout cas cela m’a vraiment déçue. C’est pour cela que je mets une mauvaise cote au personnel et une note moyenne à l’établissement, même si j’ai bien apprécié mon séjour…

Le logement est très bien placé: il y a un supermarché à 2 min, le port à 5 min, les restaurants, tout! Le canapé lit est très confortable: c’est très important si vous voyagez à 3 ou 4. Tout le personnel avec qui j’ai pu discuter au téléphone était très gentil et à l’écoute. Il y a un super patio au rdc!

La cuisine est vraiment très peu équipée, même pas de sel..

Posizione vicina a tutto, e arredata molto bene. Prezzo basso per la zona.

Abbiamo riscontrato vari problemi,e la comunicazione con la struttura è stata pessima. La porta del giardino che è stata chiusa per errore e non siamo riuscite ad uscire. Quando abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza non ci ha risposto perché non parlava inglese. Su due letti matrimoniali uno non era fatto, anzi, c'erano solo le coperte sporche probabilmente dimenticate dalla precedente prenotazione e ci siamo ritrovate a dover dormire in un letto lurido. Quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiarlo ci hanno detto sì, ma poi alla fine si sono dimenticati nuovamente di venire e ci siamo ritrovati alla sera col letto sporco. Mancava il sapone per lavare i piatti... Insomma, tante dimenticanze che poteva essere evitate. Inoltre, la tavoletta del water era rotta ed il frigorifero perdeva acqua.

Duplex cosy bien entretenu idéalement placé non loin d’un vieux port .

C était une réservation last minute . J ai trouvé l emplacement idéal proche de toutes commodites. Le site est sécurisé fermeture de la porte à 18 h digicode tout ce qu il me fallait . L appartement était cosy. La literie et les serviettes de bain au top

Étant donné que l on demande une caution pour une. Nuit je trouve indécent de garder une empreinte de cb pendant 20 jours. La boîte à clefs ne s ouvrait pas . Insonorisation légère .

Una luce inattesa sulla ventosa Marsiglia

La camera al primo piano è composta dalla zona giorno con piccola cucina ben attrezzata e divano, é separata da una tenda dalla camera matrimoniale che è nuovissima, e pulita, il letto comodo l’aria condizioni funziona bene. Il bagno è nuovo e pulito. Così nuovo che c’erano ancora i codici a barre sugli angoli delle pareti! C’erano abbastanza asciugamani per il bagno, anche un asciugacapelli. Anche l’ingresso della residenza e ordinato pulito e dà senso di sicurezza (codice per entrare) la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Marsiglia a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici e c’è un parcheggio a pagamento vicino. Nulla. Se vogliamo essere pignoli manca uno strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti, viene dato un set con spugnetta e detersivo monouso e un rotolo di carta igienica. Poco pratico, poco bello. Questa camera è pensata per quattro persone ma ha solo un armadio vicino al letto matrimoniale. La tenda divisoria lascia poca privacy se si è in 4. Per due persone è perfetto. Le scale in legno per salire al primo piano sono un po’ strette non impossibili comunque (tenere presente se si hanno bagagli ingombranti). Abbiamo avuto un problema con il portone a codice ma la proprietaria ci è venuta incontro ed ha risolto il problema prontamente. Nessuna di queste cose tuttavia ci impedirebbe di tornare o di consigliare questa residenza per vistare Marsiglia.
