Enough space to sleep, good location.

How can you charge for a deposit and still manage your properties poorly that when I arrive, I am the one who has to go through the whole apartment to tell you it hasn't been cleaned. Then lose 2 hours of my time waiting for you to give me a new address, walk with my family for 15 minutes with luggages to the new address, and wait longer for you to arrange that I am given the keys to the new apartment, and you offer no compensation whatsoever for the incredible inconvenience. Then, on top of that, you have the nerve to charge me 20 euros from my deposit and try to tell me we ruined two sheets and only show me 1, after you never even asked me to do the inventory myself when we arrived, and we didn't even do anything, but you are incredibly rude.

I was fooled

I was fooled to believe that the studio had a separate comfy bed besides the sofa bed (got confirmation of the stuff by a call before confirming my booking) just to find that it has only super uncomfortable sofa bed. I got sick in my back, and it ruined my trip completely. When i complained, they asked for extra money to upgrade to one with bed.

It’s a great location to everything I wanted and had all I needed for my stay.

The location was great. It was small but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and hot water for shower was great.

I don’t really have any complaints other than there was a party on my floor that kept me awake even at 4 am they were still making noise 🙁

My New Go-to Place in Marseille

Comfort, cleanliness, well decorated, with a very useful elevator (not easy to find in the buildings around) and perfectly located near everything around Vieux Port.

Missing ventilation. A small window can be created to open up (vertically) in one of the big window panels. Laundry detergents could be provided.... We had to buy everything for a one-off use along with soap.

The location was good but I was extremely disappointed with the room I got and how I was treated.

The only thing I liked it was the location

The pictures advertising the suit were different than what they gave me. When I texted the management company about this nobody got back to me. The room was very cramped and for a family of 4 there was not enough room there was barely enough room for 2 people. The light in the shower was hanging and the cables were sticking out in the shower which was very dangerous.

After the front entry was smelly like old moisture. The staircase needs a good cleaning and a lot of rubbish lying around. Once through the 2nd door it was fine.

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Location

Location is good and relatively safe.

1. Hidden Deposit Requirement: The listing did not mention that a €150 deposit was mandatory even after we had fully paid for the stay. Without paying this deposit, we couldn’t receive check-in instructions, which caused unnecessary stress and delay. 2. Delayed Check-in Instructions: Although we paid the deposit right after arriving in Marseille, we had to wait over 20 minutes in the hot sun before receiving the check-in info. Their communication was slow and unresponsive. 3. Poor Facilities and Cleanliness: The linens and towels were not very clean. There was only one bottle of hand soap (placed in the kitchen, not the bathroom), and toilet paper was insufficient for four people—we had to buy more ourselves! 4. Unreasonable Cleaning Rules: Guests are expected to take out all trash and leave the place spotless, which felt unreasonable given the price. Most places include cleaning as part of the service.

The window didn't completely close, so there was noise coming from outside. The entrance door next to our specific apartment made a lot of noise when it closed as well.

Split level room a lovely set up. A well stocked apartment with everything you need including brilliant air conditioning and internet. Only a five minute stroll to Vieux Port.

Street was noisy until the early hours but this cannot be helped by the property!

Host can be nicer

Good location. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Having instructions in English on how to use cooktop, washer and dryer would've been helpful. Host did try to help with translating stuff into English.

Rough start at this facility. A huge food stain on drapes when i arrived on Saturday. Got cleaned 2 days later. No coffee pods until asked. Got them 2 days later. Only 2 bath towels were put out. Host said "You have 4 towels!" I was expected to hunt for them inside the sofa! Shower backed up and flooded on last 2 nights. Host was mostly snippy and takes hours to respond if he/she didn't like the question. Be prepared for a blue light to flash even when you're sleeping. The clothes dryer pauses after every minute and needs to be pressed again and again. The person using dryer before me didn't know this either. His clothes were mostly wet after sitting in machine for hours.

Very good location.

Too hot to sleep on the upper floor since the air conditioner cannot reach there. Not so clean, can see a layer of dust on some furniture and stains in the shower room.

property was modern and well equipped. location was perfect in the hear of the old port.

despite having air conditioning it was unbearably hot and we all had trouble sleeping. despite asking for the WiFi code it was never given which a inconvenient.

The location was fine, the person who worked there was nice, but I was not happy about the charges

The surprise charge for towels and sheets was completely unacceptable. When travelling for work you need to know how much you're paying, in this case I had to ask for extra reimbursement for something that should be included.

Awesome stay in the city centre

The house was very clean and comgortable also for long period of stay. The host is very friendly and always avaliable to support you during your stay. All the necessary things to cook, wash your clothes was in the house. The shower was also very large. A very fine apartment, in the very city centre (2 minutes to the Vieux Port by walk)

The only thing to improve is a slightly better light. It worked fine but maybe I would have preferred it a little bit more powerful. Anyway, it worked just fine

To noisy, felt like we sleep on the street. New windows with better isolation would help. Cannot open any window in the room. Need to put beddings by ourself and clean the apartment on last day by ourselves. Staff doesn't speak English.

La situation géographique

Très froid dans la salle de bain, chauffage en panne, eau très tiède, chauffe eau en panne. Insécurité dans l immeuble, Personne sans abris qui dort dans l ascenseur à 2 reprises. Voyageant seule je ne me sentais pas en sécurité.

Très bien situé mais quelques points à revoir niveau équipement

L’appartement est parfaitement bien situé pour profiter de Marseille et tout faire à pieds.

Plusieurs choses nous ont déçus. Le lave linge indiqué dans les équipements ne se trouve pas dans l’appartement mais dans le couloir, ce qui n’est pas la même chose. De plus, il était sale. Le système de consigne pour laisser nos bagages le dernier jour qui semblait très pratique s’est révélé finalement être un sujet très agaçant puisqu’il faut flasher un QR code, payer puis appeler un numéro pour avoir le code pour fermer. Or, on a téléphoné aux 2 numéros indiqués et aucun ne répondait. J’ai contacté via Booking la propriétaire pour l’avoir et après m’avoir dit de payer pour qu’elle me donne le code, j’ai dû attendre 40min pour le recevoir ! Nous avons ainsi perdu 40 minutes de notre dernier jour à Marseille. Un système de consigne plus simple serait bienvenu. Le canapé était très tâché et le lit bébé pour lequel il fallait payer un supplément, également. Le système de caution, tout à fait légitime d’ailleurs, est cependant un peu stressant. On a une heure pour faire l’état des lieux nous-mêmes et le poster sur un site Internet à l’entrée puis à nouveau à la sortie. Nous avons trouvé cette façon de faire un peu stressante.
