Ideal location: was so close to local supermarket, transport and the old port was a 4minute walk away. Plenty of lovely places to eat, shopping area on next street.
The building was secure so although initial felt complicated with 3 different codes, really appreciated thie need for this. Also there is luggage storage available for small cost if needed. Although the flat is on second floor so only two flights of stairs, there is also a lift available which is rare. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available (hair dryer, coffee machine, dishes and pans, plenty towels and a welcome kit included washing up sponge, bin liners plus j cloth.
I would happily stay again. The host was very quick to respond, polite and helpful in French so I used Google translate but I always responded in English, there was no issue in communication.
Minor improvements only would be to have soap available in toilet (we easily bought from Monop local grocery shop 2mins walk away).
Our room was close to the main door so for my child sleeping on sofa bed in living room, there was slight disturbance of the main entrance and loud talking in hallway.
A small lamp in the living area would be helpful as the lighting is bright here (the bedroom has side lamps available as well as main light.
Theres a shared washing machine and tumble dryer which mentioned not to use after 9pm upto 8am but unfortunately sometimes this was not observed by others.

L appartamento è nel centro posizione fantastica...arredato con gusto un poco piccolo per quattro persone
Ingresso del palazzo non e ben tenuto...all interno si sentiva un cattivo odore di fogna...le asciugamani dell appartamento troppo vecchie e le lenzuola non pulitissime...anche il piumone del divano letto non era pulito...mi sarei aspettata x una maggiore igiene un copripiumino...o le lenzuola...
