Appartement Armény - Welkeys

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed this apartment. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

The only minor inconvenience for our group of five was having just one toilet, but overall it didn’t take away from our enjoyable stay. One aspect that surprised us was the very large security deposit required after booking through Booking.com. It was mentioned in the booking, but I didn’t notice it, as this is not a normal practice when booking through the platform. We also found the check-in and check-out photo inventory a little time-consuming, as it’s not something you ideally want to be worrying about while on holiday.

Très bel appartement spacieux, très bien placé, bien équipé et avec lits confortables

De manière générale la propreté est à revoir, ménage fait de manière très superficielle. Odeurs d’égouts permanentes dans les salles de bain.

Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr gut, um diese wunderbare Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Allerdings geht mit der zentralen Lage erheblicher Verkehrslärm einher, damit muss man in einer lebhaften Großstadt rechnen, die Fenster blieben geschlossen, was uns nicht gestört hat. Der Zugang zum Appartment hat sehr gut funktioniert, die Kommunikation erfolgte über WhatsApp. Die Ausstattung des Appartments war gut,

Das Appartment haben wir nicht sauber vorgefunden: Bettwäsche und Handtücher wiesen Flecken auf, der Boden war schmutzig und die Bettdecken nicht überzogen. Besonders störend: heftiger Gestank (Abfluss) in einem Bad, das deshalb nur bei geöffnetem Fenster benutzt werden konnte. Achtung hohe Kaution von 1.500,00 Euro ist zu hinterlegen. Kaution in Höhe von 27,00 € wurde einbehalten, auf Nachfrage keine Antwort, WhatsApp wurde blockiert. Es empfiehlt sich eine genaue Dokumentation vorher/nachher. Wir waren leider zu vertrauensselig.
