Very disappointed

Location was good.

- Very poor entrance and general aesthetics of building - The fittings and furniture were very dated. 1970's like. - Bathrooms, although redecorated still had unsightly pipes and switches. One bathroom had no ventilation and the other bathrooms ventilation hatches were awful. - My biggest gripe was a request for €1.000 cash deposit before the keys would be handed over. Nowhere was this mentioned on the Booking.com website. -The full payment was taken out of my account way before the Booking.com cancellation deadline had been reached.

The location is good. Near the train station and port. The host responded promptly and was nice. Accommodate so many people with low price.

The lift is broken we had to carry our large suitcases up to the fifth floor!! Very old facilities and environment makes bad experience of stay.

Beautiful big light, airy flat in a convenient but dodgy location

The apartment was lovely, light, open and airy. Clean and spacious. Massive and too bug for the 5 of us really.

In a dodgy part of town and we left our key in the box by the door where we collected it when we to explore the city for the day. They didn't tell us that they close the front downstairs entrance door at around 8pm so we could not even access the building at all to even get the the key box. We had to call the lettings lady to come and let us in. She did come within 15/20 minutes, but was a little inconvenient considering how dodgy the area felt at 11.30pm at night. Also had to strip our own beds, which although wasn't a massive job, still seems a bit of an ask considering what we had paid for the apartment. Also seemed less furniture in the apartment than the pictures.

Le logement est très propre, très grand et très confortable. Emplacement très pratique proche de la gare. La communication avec l’agence était bien.
