Few walks to attractions, clean.

No label of “ Adira” in intercom as in direction step 2. We arrived after dark so it’s difficult to find exact location. Decorations are little crowded,

Great little apartment on a top location

Great little apartment on a top location. Keys were easy to get at the address. We had a special request at arrival, and got help within 5 minutes: great service!

Great location

Check in was very easy and any questions to the host were answered promptly - the apartment is in an amazing location close to lots of nice bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the port. It was very clean and the beds comfy with a nice addition having some little chocolates.

The apartment was advertised for 6 adults but I wouldn’t consider it big enough for 6 people, it was smaller than expected and with only curtains in place of doors on the bedrooms there was no privacy and it felt more like a studio apartment as opposed to a 2 bedroom place. There are multiple apartments that share the entrance way so it got very noisy with the other people coming and going at different times and the main entrance to the building was basically rubble and tbh felt unsafe to walk on - I would still recommend staying based on the great location but I do think the description and photos are very misleading so I’d say to read the other reviews to get an accurate idea of the place!

I refused to stay due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the property.

There was nothing about this property that met my expectations based on the advertisement on Booking.com. I left the property after 5 minutes on entering. I did not stay due to the conditions.

The entry path into the property courtyard was a pile of rubble. The stone path was ripped up and under construction and was very dangerous to walk on, I slipped, fell and twisted my ankle in between the rubble. Once inside the apartment, the interior was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The pictures on the listing for this apartment are obviously pictures of several different places. The pictures were staged by a professional photographer to make it look in better condition than it is. The owner stated the they were professional photos in my conversation with her when I immediately called and told her I was leaving.

Okay stay for price with good location

Convenient location and walking distance, good shower and bathroom + aircon was good!

To break it down, it is a unit that has been divided into 4 units. The shared space has the washer/ dryer and this room gets very hot during the day (we visited during summer and it was hot). It also means you can hear everything between neighbours/ rooms at all hours of the day. The check in progress was a bit tricky and if you have a suitcase, it’s two flights of stairs. There was minimal natural lighting in the room and our window didn’t close properly meaning we could hear all noise outside at night.

Wejście do mieszkania. Trzeba przejść przez starą drewnianą bramę, w której drzwi są niższe niż przeciętny człowiek, potem korytarzem- niezbyt przyjemnym dojść na drugie piętro. Ale mieszkania wynagradzają to nieprzyjemne wejście.

Séjour très décevant. Nous déconseillons vivement cette location, gérée de façon peu honnète.

Emplacement au pied du quartier du Panier

Etat de propreté des lieux limite. Pas de papier toilette du tout... Pas de volet hermétique (persiennes en très mauvais état avec des lattes cassées) ni de rideau occultant. Literie très dure, dos fragiles s'abstenir. Lits pas faits, seul le drap de dessous est mis. Pas de porte entre salon et chambres. Le propriétaire retient d'emblée 25€ sur la caution, sous prétexte qu'un grand drap de bain aurait été laissé très sale et donc inutilisable. Nous sommes Genius 3 chez Booking et avons toujours des avis les plus hauts concernant l'état dans lequel nous laissons les logements loués. Dans cet appartement nous n'avons fait que dormir deux nuits et sommes partis en le laissant plus propre qu'à l'arrivée. Quant à avoir utilisé un drap de bain au point de le rendre "inutilisable", c'est totalement mensonger.

Propreté moyenne, notamment au niveau de la pièce à vivre et la salle de bain. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de sachet de thé à dispo.

Appartement situé au centre, propre et calme, avec des lits confortables et avec une petite cuisine équipée d'une machine Nespresso.

Équipement de cuisine modeste. Les chambres n'ont pas de portes, seulement des rideaux. Une chambre à coucher n'a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. Sur Booking, il n'est pas mentionné qu'une caution de 500 euros est demandée.

La ubicación es lo que me gusto

Mala relación calidad precio Mucha luz de la calle para dormir…demasiadas exigencias para la estancia . Falta de gel para la ducha y pocos detalles en cuanto a vajilla baño etc… A cambio muchos jarrones con flores . Puerta confusa para encontrar el apartamento y con una entrada que estaba en obra…. Me pidieron una targeta como aval por daños en el apartamento …. Nunca me la habian pedido antes en ninguna reserva.

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé. on entre dans un cocon très agréable. Les lits étaient très confortables, avec des oreillers qui nous ont permis de passer des nuits très reposantes après des longues journées de travail. L'appartement semble avoir été conçu pour accueillir un maximum de personnes en son sein, ce qui peut être intéressant si il est prévu d'être plus que 5 personnes. La cabine de douche était assez spacieuse, et la table de la salle à manger également. L'espace salon est assez petit, mais quand on y est pour dormir, cela ne pose aucun soucis!

L'appartement était globalement propre, mais il y avait encore des cheveux des personnes précédentes dans la cabine de douche, et les draps présentaient des traces noires comme si on avait marché avec des chaussures dessus. La couette n'avait aps de protection, ce qui n'est pas très hygénique à notre sens. On nous demande de faire la vaisselle avant de partir, mais il n'y a pas d'éponge pour la faire. Globalement le séjour était agréable, mais plusieurs petits détails auraient pu le rendre encore meilleur.

bien placé. Équipement neuf mais minimaliste, bonne literie, bien pour dormir, le contact avec le personnel était facile, une odeur d’égout un peu désagréable était présente lors de notre arrivée mais ça allait mieux le lendemain
