В общем и целом все нормально. Но нужно понимать что это приспособленные помещения в старом здании. Без лифта, на 3м этаже. С тонкими гипсокартонными стенами между которыми отличная слышимость. Стиральная, сушильная машины и утюг в общем коридоре , на 4 апартамента. Дешёвая мебель. Нет приветственной воды и вообще ничего из еды. Слабый напор воды в душе. Но стабильный. В нашем случае, при использовании как места для ночёвки и здоровых ногах это вполне подходило. Кондиционер работал, холодильник морозил, плита тоже функционировала. Не было бокалов для пива и просеко, но это мелочи. Месторасположение понравилось, тихо и при этом вблизи основных достопримечательностей - собор, порт, центр в шаговой доступности. Метро в 500 метрах, магазин за углом.
Слышимость. Наверное зависит от ситуации, у нас постоянно кто то бегал вечером по потолку, слава богу не ночью. Нет приветственной воды. Копеечная вещь, но с дороги очень бы неплохо. Нет лифта. Мудреный для кого то алгоритм захода.

Arrivée libre, deco sympa
Le bruit dans la rue en pleine nuit à cause d une discothèque juste en bas. Plusieurs éléments à réviser ( paroi de douche a revisser, table de salon Bengale
