We enjoyed staying in this appartement enormously. The view is incredible from the living/ dining room. We loved having big, slow breakfasts and dinners at the huge wooden dining table right in front of the large windows. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner was responsive. Very good value for money, we would absolutely come back here.

Just some advice: Google Maps tricked us when we were looking for the apartment. Good to know: either cross the iron gate where the Map shows that you have to turn, it is open and leads you to a parallel street. Or simply go around to Rue Massabot, and you'll immediately see where you have to go.

Exceptional views of the city and the see. The apt is spacious and it's nice to have 3 separate bedrooms

The appartement is on the 11th floor, at the end of a run down street. The entrance is very dirty and the elevator is old and feels claustrophobic. Across the street is a garbage collection point. Every night we saw a lot of rats around the garbage and all over the street. The area in general is dilapidated. I did have concerns about the fire safety of the building. I do realize this is out of hands of the proprietor. However, the hygiene in the apartment is lacking too. There was a dirty bath mat. The owner told us to use a towel in stead. We were a group of 4 and there were only 3 sets of towels already. We asked for extra but didn't receive them. Small effort to make a difference. All in all, disappointing.
