Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, nur 10 Minuten vom le Panier und Vieux Port entfernt. Die Wohnung ist funktional und modern eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem.
Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage und ist trotz tagsüber verschlossenen Fenstern und Ventilatoren sehr warm. Man kann nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, der Straßenlärm ist nachts dauerhaft sehr laut. Der Balkon ist max. zum Wäsche aufhängen zu nutzen, der Hinterhof ist ungepflegt und durch die Nachbarschaft zugemüllt. Im Bad gibt es Schimmel an der Decke.

De locatie, dichtbij de haven en het oude centrum en de leefruimte in het appartement en de nieuwe keuken
De entree was vreselijk, oude autobanden opslag, bloed op de muur, de stank in het appartement, het vieze douchegordijn, de douchekop was lam en de keukeninventaris was matig, weinig pannen niet geschikt voor keramische kookplaat,koken was behelpen
