Located in a very quiet Haussmannian building, it consists of 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Perfectly equipped and very well located, it has everything to satisfy you. Its access is facilitated by a key box which will give you the freedom to settle in at any time in complete autonomy. In addition, it is equipped with an elevator.
This magnificent fully renovated apartment of more than 80m2 will welcome you with family or friends for a wonderful stay in Marseille.
For a drink or a meal, many restaurants are nearby and a metro and tram station are at the foot of the building.

- A second bedroom equipped with a 160 cm double bed
- A 3rd bedroom equipped with 2 single beds
- A separate toilet
- A 100% equipped American kitchen: hob, microwave oven, kettle, pots, Nespresso and French press, frying pans, dishes, dishwasher and washer-dryer as well as complete crockery for 6 people
- A large and very cosy living room with smart TV
- A second bathroom with shower.

- Numerous buses to take you to the creeks, the Corniche Kennedy, the beaches of Pointe Rouge, the beach of Catalans,....

Really lovely apartment in central location, just ten minutes walk to Le Panier and the Cathedral Major. Lots of amenities nearby too, like bakeries and the metro on your doorstep. The apartment was really spacious, with three double bedrooms (one ensuite), and a well supplied kitchen in terms of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. We loved our stay!

We travelled with a family of 7. There was plenty of space. We did not get instructor entry into the apartment until 15 minutes before check in time and it was very confusing to find the lock box even with photos. The apartment door lock was broken and locked half our party outside while the rest were inside. One of us stayed back at the apartment for 2 hours until the locksmith was able to change the lock. The door knob on the bathroom door kept falling off, the slide door to the 2nd bathroom was off its track. It’s a lovely home, but it needs some attention to a few details to make it feel less like it’s falling apart.
