Renovated apartment, AC was perfect in our stay in July. We were there during a heat wave and we were very grateful we picked this place with AC. Washer was perfect to do our loads every night.
Area was a little rough area of town, but was close to trains and locations we needed.

The location was good- 20 minutes walk to Old Port. 10 minutes walk to train and bus station and supermarket. Apartment itself was very clean, everything was new. We had everything what we needed, fool equipment in the kitchen, TV, internet ...

The property was clean, spacious and just as the pictures looked. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Perfect size for 7 of us (and 8 if you needed). The air conditioning units in every room were fantastic, the showers were lovely and the living areas were great. Getting the keys was an easy process.
The power went out every time we used a hair dryer which wasn’t ideal but we managed to flick the power back on without problems but it did happen a lot. Having only 1 toilet was slight annoyance for 7 people but it was okay. The pillows could be better.

The communication with the host was very smooth and the apartment had everything it needed. Overall great experience!
The living room is smaller than seems in the pictures. It's a little far to the center.
