About this house rental

Beautiful architect building, 150m2 on a plot of 850m2, in the heart of Marseille. Ideal house to spend good time with family.
Close to all centers of interest.

Private parking: 4 cars.

Quiet location, and good location:
- Carrefour shopping center (5 minutes walk)
- Downtown: 10 minutes (by car)
- Beaches: 15 minutes (by car)
- Bus stop: facing the house
- Marignane Airport / Aix TGV: 30 min.

It is fully equipped, kitchen (appliances, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.), children's games, cot and high chair, large trampoline, slide, wifi throughout the house, TV retro projector, outdoor lounge with garden table, pool Above ground from June to September, hammock ...
There are mosquito nets on the windows of the rooms.

Located less than 10 minutes from the motorway exit, and 10 minutes from downtown, shopping center and tobacco 2 minutes by car, pharmacy and bakery within walking distance.

We stayed at the house for a full 3 weeks. The welcoming feeling of the house and the property were just wonderful. A real home. Spacious rooms, enough bathrooms and a gorgeous outside bar and wonderful swimming pool. The nearby park helped me keeping my training up to speed...all in all a wonderful stay. The road in front, although not very big, does bring with quite a bit a traffic noise on weekdays (hence 2 stars less for 'emplacement'), but the well insulated windows keep the noise out. We had an amazing holiday, using public transport almost every day to get downtown and at the same time were only 10' from the nearest inroad to the main highways.
