About this house rental
The neighborhood, residential, very quiet, yet access to the city center and tourist attractions is very easy.
The house is very spacious and airy, the thick walls guarantee freshness, even in summer. The 3.5m ceiling height accentuates the feeling of space. Soil floors are all in period cement tiles, giving a special charm to the house.
The layout of the rooms ensures good privacy on the basis of two couples with children. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one with double bed 180x200 and two each with a single bed). Also a bedroom with double bed 160x200 and bathroom on the ground floor, complete with a sofa bed 140x180 in the adjoining office. It is possible to add a mattress 160x180 to increase the capacity to 10 beds, grouping the 2 single beds in one of the rooms. The bedding is new and hotel quality. There are curtains in all rooms.
Baby equipment is available on request.
The garden is a haven of peace, with its pool of unusual dimensions for an individual to easily swim (13m x 5m). The sheltered sun terrace is ideal for taking his meals even during the day. A play area of 100m2 is available on the side of the house.
