About this apartment rental

170 m² duplex apartment, very comfortable, modern decoration, crossing with views of the city / hills of Marseille, and Vélodromme stadium. 4 double bedrooms on the first level, 2 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets. Laundry. American kitchen and living room upstairs overlooking large terrace (100 m2) facing south. Internet access, satellite cable TV, air conditioning, wine cellar, double closed garage, sheets and linen provided, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Daily cleaning service possibilities.

Très beau duplexe, spacieux et agréable. La terrasse est idéale pour prendre un bain de soleil, le quartier très agréable avec de bons commerces, restaurants, proximité des transports et de la plage. Christian le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible!

Cette villa sur les toits est digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles, tant pour son agencement que pour la décoration et l’électroménager haut de gamme. De plus, bien qu'en voyage, Christian a été un hôte très attentionné et réactif. Félicitations à lui et son épouse pour cette réalisation "luxueuse et pourtant familiale".
