An apartment that exudes homeliness

We had an exceptional stay at Laetitia and Philippe's apartment during our conference in Marseille. Prior to arrival, Philippe kindly forwarded necessary and incredibly detailed information on the location and electrical appliances within the house so that we will not feel too lost upon reaching the accomodation. As our arrival times in Marseille is outside of the stipulated hours, Philippe also kindly assisted to arrange for her sister to help to hand over the keys despite our late arrival in the midst of early closure in the public transports system. The apartment was as what the pictures show and even much more. The space is cleverly divided so that each room has sufficient space for the occupant(s) and adorned with a few pieces of ancient furniture pieces which serve to further amp up the charm of the apartment. In addition, the apartment was very clean and well equipped with a washer, dryer and plenty of kitchen tools which totally ignite our hidden culinary talents. It has everything that one would need as a traveller and emanates homeliness from the little touching gestures (e.g., suggested itineraries, map of Marseille, manuals for appliances in both French and English) scattered across the apartment by Laetitia and Philippe. Also, Philippe was very flexible in check in and check out procedures and also very responsive to our enquires and that really helped a lot for us who was in an unfamiliar city. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights stay at the apartment and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to fellow travellers.

L'appartement est juste topissime ! Décoré avec goût, bien agencé et fonctionnel. La localisation parfaite proche des transports en commun et de la rocade... Hôte disponible. On reviendra c'est sûr !

Appartement très agréable où on s’est senti comme chez nous.

Bel appartement, spacieux, propre dans lequel on s’est senti très bien. Une belle déco, tout l’équipement nécessaire, la literie est confortable. L’environnement est calme et le prix très abordable pour les prestations fournies. De plus, les hôtes sont très chaleureux et soucieux de notre bien être. Je recommande et je n’hésiterai pas à faire appel à eux la prochaine fois.

Apartamento maravilhoso e confortável!

O apartamento é lindo, bem decorado com boas roupas de cama e louças.Estávamos em 6 adultos e duas crianças e ficamos bem confortáveis. O anfitrião foi muito simpático. A maquina de lavar e a outra de secar foi muito útil. Um quarto tinha uma cama boa king size e outros dois quartos eram sofá cama, mas eram muito bons, meu irmao tem 1,97cm e ficou bem acomodado.

Se chegar depois das 19h dificuldade de achar vagas próximas na rua, ja que o apartamento nao tem garagem. Poderia ter mais um tapete para banheiro e pano de prato adicional para enxugar as louças.

Otima localização e casa muito acolhedora

A casa estava numa zona tranquila de facil acesso a transportes para o centro da cidade, a casa era muito acolhedora e o anfitrião muito prestável em todos os contactos que tivemos via watsap. Tivemos um contratempo na nossa viagem devido a uma queda de um familiar nas escadas do metro que ainda tivemos de ir ao hospital mas tudo se resolveu e foram 4 dias muito divertidos. Aconselho este apartamento para quem pretende visitar marselha .

j'ai passer un super séjour

je recommande cet appartement très propre et agréable car beaucoup de confort niveau matériel tel que la climatisation linge de lit serviette de toilette et la décoration tout est parfait pour 8 personnes. Le propriétaire est très gentil et joignable par téléphone tout a été très clair pour la remise des clefs. Le prix est très attractif vu la grandeur de l'appartement ne pas hésiter a louer ce fabuleux appartement.

Un excellent séjour dans un appartement totalement équipé

Appartement très confortable et extrêmement bien équipé, tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. L’arrivée nous est facilitée par des consignes très claires et Philippe a été de précieux conseils tout au long du séjour concernant les visites à faire, les restaurants,etc… Je recommande !
