So anoying...
- The localisation - close to the station and the city centre, but quiet at nights. - Quite new equipment. A lot of tableware.
- No English speaking owner. -There is no heater - only AC! When you use it, you will get extremely hot upstairs but dowstairs still cold. - The place is ok only for short stay - after two days we've missed so basic things like the soap, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee tablets and there was no refill. - Electric plugs - you will get info dark when using couple of electric things the same time - for example AC and kettle.

En général, je suis satisfait de mon séjour.
Le logement est bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville, avec un arrêt de bus juste à côté. Il est facile de découvrir la ville à pied, surtout pour ceux qui aiment marcher.
L'isolation du logement pourrait être améliorée, notamment en ce qui concerne le bruit. Par ailleurs, le quartier donne une légère impression d'insécurité, surtout en soirée.

Zentrale Lage mit Metrostation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Die Deckenhöhe war extrem niedrig, was zu ständigen Stößen führte. Die Möbel waren fleckig und der Innenhof eine Zumutung: dreckig und voller Taubenkot. Zusätzlich wurden für unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt nur drei Rollen Toilettenpapier, 1 Handtuch, 4 Duschtücher und winzige Mengen an Kosmetikartikeln bereitgestellt, was laut Beschreibung anders sein sollte. Auf Nachfrage gab es keine neuen Handtücher und die Vermieterin bestand auf den drei Rollen Toilettenpapier pro Aufenthalt. Es gab kein frisches Bettzeug, die Wohnung wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal gereinigt und der Müll nicht entsorgt. Als Krönung wurden wir einen Tag vor Abreise belehrt, bloß keine Handtücher zu stehlen, da uns diese sonst in Rechnung gestellt würden, sowie in jedem Fall eine Bewertung von „10“ abzugeben. Wir haben über 750€ für 9 Übernachtungen ohne Frühstück hingelegt. Dafür waren Unterkunft und Service echt bescheiden. Von Booking gab’s übrigens bezüglich des Toilettenpapiers und der Handtücher trotz detaillierter Beschreibung auch keine Unterstützung!

Rien de réellement négatif, juste, il n’y avait qu’une grande poubelle, nous rendant impossible le tri des déchets recyclables et ménagers

Petit inconvénient la tv qui ne fonctionnait pas et le fait qu’il été impossible de laisser la plaque de cuisson allumer en même temps que le four sinon cela ferait sauter le compteur

Le logement était propre. Il y a tout: machine à laver, aspirateur et sèche cheveux, y compris les produits d'hygiène.
