The apartment is spacious and well laid out, making it suitable for groups of friends or families with children. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave and a stove, fridge, as well as everything needed to prepare meals. The walking distance to the Vieux Port and is under 30 minutes.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. There were cigarette butts thrown into the so-called flower pots on the balconies. Upon arrival, we found dirt on the floors, both in the rooms and in the bathrooms. It seems the cleaning had been done very superficially before our check-in. We felt compelled to take photos immediately upon arrival, as a precaution, in order not to risk losing the mandatory €600 security deposit. Important to note: there is no free parking at the property. We had to spend an additional €90 at a parking facility (NATIOpark), located about 450 meters away, in a rather unpleasant and unsafe neighborhood of Marseille. It is also worth mentioning that the apartment photos on Booking appear carefully edited, so that the surrounding apartment blocks are conveniently not visible from the windows.

There are many cockroaches we couldn't use kitchen and forniture. Small beds There weren't shampoo and shower gel.

The location of the property. It would be beneficial if there is more description on what to expect reallly. The lift only accommodate s a certain number of people. there is also poor parking in the area.

Bien placé pour transports et commerces

Logement très sale, manque total d'hygiène pour la literie et les WC .A la limite de l'insalubrité équipements ménagers très sales, poussières dans les placards, sur les portes etc...peintures qui s'écaillent une honte de laisser un logement à ce prix ! INSALUBRE batterie de cuisine au minimum , à changer.... volets ne fonctionnant pas

Fijn voor korte duur.

Lekker ruim voor 8 personen. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. Schone beddengoed en handdoeken. Fijne airco

Keuken was niet schoon en stoffig. OMG we hebben zelf een kakkerlak gezien. Badkamers stonken naar schimmel. Jammer dat er geen parkeerplaats was voor bezoekers.

Idéal pour un séjour de courte durée, avec un objectif de visite et de déplacements nombreux

Il y a des plus et des moins pour le choix de ce logement : L'appartement était spacieux, et les chambres agréables. L'accueil pour le gardien était super, il s'est mis en contact rapidement avec nous, et nous a accompagnés dans la prise en situation du logement. Les draps et les lits étaient propres, serviettes de bain en grande quantité et beaucoup de rangement. C'est bien desservi en terme de transport, ex pour aller sur le vieux port, le bus 49 au pied de l'immeuble en 15 min chrono).

Certains matelas (chambre du fond près de la salle de bain) étaient "défoncés", avec un creux au milieu. Les plinthes étaient poussiéreuses et les pieds des sanitaires franchement sales. Le dévidoir à vaisselle était très sale et on voyait les traces de nettoyage à l’éponge sur les éléments de cuisine (ex le micro-onde). Après on va pas se mentir, l’extérieur est très cosmopolite, bruyant, et la vue sur l'immeuble complétement délabré du Gyptis 1 assez glauque.

Accueil et gérant professionnel et accessible. Appartement bien situé avec tout à proximité. Cependant quelques équipements à revoir comme les poêles par exemple qui sont vraiment en fin de vie

Super séjour à Marseille et hôtes très accommodants.

Le logement est spacieux et lumineux, très calme, nous avons pu profiter des deux balcons ensoleillés. Le quartier dispose de tous les commerces dont on peut avoir besoin, et est à 15min à pied de la garde.

Apartamento amplio y en muy buen estado.

Un alojamiento muy amplio y renovado, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Y a pocos km del centro de la ciudad.

Se encuentra en un barrio que se presupone peligroso, cierto es que de día no te sientes amenazado pero si tu plan es salir de noche no es recomendable, lo malo son las vistas a un edificio tapiado y prácticamente en ruinas.
