Appartement charmant mais peu chauffé. Frileux s’abstenir
Grand appartement ancien très bien situé à 2 pas du vieux port et bien décoré. Souplesse du propriétaire pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ c’est appréciable.
Gros problème de chauffage connu mais non résolu, il faisait glacial dehors et dedans. Et une douche bouchée. Le propriétaire a été très réactif mais il faudrait entreprendre des travaux de fond. Assez bruyant le matin (camion qui décharge et travaux)
