Terrific apartment worth a try! Will be back!

Terrific communication, easy instructions, simple access. Good size, all amenities Comfortable beds Wonderful shower Great black out blinds Loverly neighbourhood, convenient to old port and shops.

If I had to find something, I heard a siren from an emergency vehicle clearly! Really nothing.

Large space, and close walking distance to the old port.

There is a small bed room , a dining area and living room and also a larger bedroom. There was only air conditioning in the large bedroom. It was over 30 degrees when we were there . Not ideal .

Exceptional

The position is ideal if you are visiting Marseille for the first time. It is very close to the old port, to the skyview, and to a lot of high rated restaurants. During the Christmas holiday there is also a very cute market few blocks away. Cedric has been a great host! We’ll definitively book this place again for our next trip to Marseille!

Le seul point négatif est le bruit car l’appartement donne sur un grand boulevard mais cela permet aussi d’être bien placé et central.

pour un court séjour, c'est parfait .

Bon appartement et bien placé pour sa tranquillité. Propriétaire bien professionnel et bien à l'écoute de son client. Très compréhensif et communication efficace. C'est vraiment PARFAIT avec Cédric, la personne qui était notre interlocuteur pour cet appartement.

Rien à signaler , tout était ok mais le séjour manque de luminosité pour celui qui voudrait passer la journée dedans mais cela est question de goût de chacun.. Notre but étant juste de nous servir d'abri le soir , c'est la meilleure solution qui nous était présentée.

Parfait nous reviendrons

Cédric a été parfait, de très bon conseil Le livret d'accueil est parfait Le logement est bien dimensionné pour 6 personnes. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du vieux port, de la plage des Catalans du Pharo...

L'extérieur est un peu bruyant mais l'hote n'y est pour rien et nous avons l'habitude du peu de bruit dans notre campagne

Amabilidad de Cedric, el anfitrión; la ubicación del departamento y disponibilidad de lo necesario para una buena estadía ( lavarropas, cafetera, cocina, heladera, elementos de limpieza, etc)

Pensamos que había dos baños completos, pero es necesario aclarar que en realidad se trata de un baño dividido en dos espacios( en uno solo inodoro y en otro ducha y pileta). Pero solo es cuestión de organizarse para superar este inconveniente.

Cuando llegamos el espacio del inodoro tenía mal olor, luego abrimos la nevera y pasó igual nos informaron que habían hecho aseo pero el olor era fuerte, como recomendación los juegos de sábanas y almohadas deben cambiarse
