wish we could have stayed here longer!

our stay here was beautiful. the cabin was cosy and warm while it was freezing outside. the hosts provided some snack bars and porridge while there was also a good range of cooking utensils. we did the cow hill circuit hike which was pretty much right outside our door. would recommend doing this hike and going up to cow hill summit, absolutely gorgeous views.

there wasn’t much room for luggage but it didn’t bother us too much.

The cutest pod in the Highlands

The pod was so cute and cosy and you could park right next to it. Really felt at home. Even had a welcome kitten, Milky!

fun place that is close to trails

The lockbox was outside the pod. Everything was easy to access, self-sustaining room, strong wi-fi signal. Great location and close to outdoor activities.

Lack of privacy screen, locking door was also a little difficult from the outside - would recommend an autolock system or keypad. No screen to keep out the insects in the bathroom.

Perfect cozy spot to explore Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis and the surrounding area. Comfy, clean and well equipped.

Cozy and well equipped little pod. Perfect for a couple, it had everything (kitchen ware, cooker, kettle, tea, etc.). Smooth check in (code to get the keys). Very clean and comfortable.

A few things need a check up (shower head falling off, needs tightening). Hard to open the main door fully (it was very hot the first evening and we needed to ventilate.

The location was great...a quiet neighborhood and our deck looked out at Ben Nevis. The pod had all the amenities we needed. We had a lovely chat with our host, settled in and then walked to town for dinner.

Truly, the only down side was that we only had one night there!

This was very cosy and I felt really relaxed in it. It was spacious enough for 2 people.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I think the owners thought of everything.

Very good

The pod is comfy and very clean. The contact with the hosts was excellent and we passed by early in the morning (ahead of our check in time) to just leave our heavy backpacks and that was totally fine with the host. The pod is located at the edge of town and there is nature to be explored right outside the property.

As we were backpacking, the location of the pod is quite far and steeply uphill from the town center (a 45 min walk). This is not a problem for those traveling by car, obviously, but for those on foot it means quite a walk. The price is also quite high compared to other accommodations we found around Scotland.

When we return to Scotland we would love to stay again and explore more around the area of Fort William and Glencoe!

It was a great place and wished that we had more time booked there.

The freezer was frozen up and unusable— so we couldn’t freeze our water bottles for ice. There also wasn’t any bedsheets for the futon.
