Fabulous stay , would highly recommend

Lovely house with modern design and decor, and spotlessly clean. Open plan dining area, kitchen , and really comfortable lounge. Fully equipped kitchen and towels provided. The become is hotel quality. Private parking space.

I have had ankle surgery so my mobility isn’t great right now, and I thought the property was nearer the town and its hilly too, however, it’s fine if you are going to take the car or if you are ok calling a taxi, which we did to access the town centre .

An upsetting experience; I feel ripped off!

I cancelled my booking because the toilet was dirty, the sheets were stained and there was no lake or river view as advertised

The owner refuses to refund me the £344.25 for the 1 night I booked and cancelled upon arrival.

Lovely house in Ft William

The house itself and the facilities within were exceptionally good. It was very clean inside. The location is close to town. Great base for exploring the Lochaber area.

A couple of very minor issues with the rear external sitting area but nothing that impacted on our stay

Total misrepresentation - a toilet is not a bathroom

I am struggling to find something positive about this property - it was clean.

The owner blatantly misrepresented this property. I booked this property as it it was the only one in the area with 2 bathrooms. On arrival I found it had one VERY small bathroom (that was virtually a wet room ) and a second toilet. I immediately rang the owner and asked why she had been dishonest about the property on booking.com - her response was that the property had a second toilet. A toilet is not a bathroom! I requested a refund as the property was misrepresented. She said she would need to contact booking.com and I never heard from her again. I rang booking.com to lodge a complaint and within about 15 minutes the ad for this property had been rectified on booking.com, showing it with one bathroom. I left the property and Booking.com tried for several days to arrange a refund for me but the owner did not answer any calls or emails. This property states it has lake views - yes if you stand out on the road. There is a fireplace but there wasn't any wood. It was snowing when we arrived and the house was freezing - none of the heaters appeared to work. I have just checked the current ad for this property and it has been changed again to say it has 2 bathrooms - why is this owner allowed to continue with this dishonesty???

Absolutely everything was great! House is beautiful and cosy, clean and warm, has all amenities you need, location is great and you have an amazing view when you go outside! I had some questions and I always got very quick replies from the owners!😊

Great location and accomodation

Very cosy, clean and well equipped. (Bedroom even had a hair straightener, nice touch ! ) Host very nice and available through messages. We'll be back !

Nothing negative on the accomodation itself. Slight weirdness with the neighbours who seemed to be a little bit on edge regarding people getting in and out of the shared parking area. Didn't affect our stay or capacity to park though.

A pleasant and beautiful house. Cosy. We felt very warm and happy there.

In general, the house is amazing. The shower is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living room is perfect for rest and chatting after a long day.

We loved everything, the only minor thing we would highlight is the softness of the bed. But this is a personal “taste” as we prefer a hard mattress.

Nice property but a hike uphill from town

Clean accommodation, quiet

Located up a very steep hill from the town. One bathroom not ideal. Bathroom was wet room so whole bathroom floor soaked for others. It felt like owners had refitted it but not 'lived in it' i.e. lack of certain equipment in kitchen, only 1 bedside table, bulb gone in lamp, no hooks in bathrooms etc

A comfortable well equipped house on the slopes above Ft.William. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; There is a designated parking and ideally a car is required to get up the hill!

- uncomfortable. - built up location on housing estate - dangerous water leakage from tiny upstairs wet room through electric lighting on kitchen ceiling below. - mislead about there being 2 bathrooms! there was one tiny wet room mentioned above and one downstairs cloakroom with the loo base tilting on use!! - outdoor space was limited with decking only.

Perfect vacation home in Fort William

the property was spotless and had everything we needed. the garden in the back was the perfect spot to have morning coffee and had so many beautiful trees and birds. Decor was modern and stylish and it had a wood stove which was warm and cozy at night. we found it the perfect size for a family of 4.The view from the house was also spectacular would 100% book again!

One of the beds in the front room was a bit sunken but not bad enough to deter me from staying again.

Nice property

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with a Scottish theme style, two double bedrooms of similar size, limited wardrobe space but ok for short stay, quiet location with lovely view from outside, not far from town centre, 'Spar' at the bottom of the steep hill has all the basics for shopping, allocated parking for one car by the house and street parking available outside. Small garden with several seating options. Would definitely recommend.

Bathroom had a wet room layout which was difficult to dry so it was a bit awkward for using basin etc after.
