Lovely experience, we’d certainly stay again!

The room was so thoughtfully decorated and stocked - it had everything we needed! It was very cozy and comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. There was coffee and cakes for the morning, and the bathroom has local soaps! Also, check-in was very easy and the host communicates very quickly!

We can’t think of anything the room was missing, it was perfect in every way!

Lovely place to stay.

Room was lovely. The owners (or whoever was managing the room) were happy for us to park there before checking in and after checking out which made life easier. It’s a short walk to the town centre.

Excellent sport for a night or two in the Fort William area!

Well appointed and well located. Spacious for the price, very clean, shower with good water pressure and comfortable bed. Walkable to town in about 10 minutes on a sidewalk along the road. Situated in a pretty spot along the waterfront road. Instructions and access were clear and easy.

There was a small leak around the towel warmer in the bathroom. The shower lacked any place to position soaps and shampoos other than the floor. A few hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletry bags would be welcome. Minor suggested improvements on a great little stay.

Loved this beautiful accommodation.

Loved everything about this property. A beautiful room with a cottage feel. Tea, coffee, fruit and snacks, a good size fridge with milk provided. Wonderful power shower. Set back from the main road it is peaceful. A lovely little private courtyard to sit in if the weather is nice. Under a 10 minute walk from the town Center. Would highly recommend this property.

Well located on the edge of Fort William. Beautiful, well maintained property with every home comfort. Delicious breakfast (costs £7.50 extra) and very pleasant and helpful host.

A excellent place to stay in Fort William.

We stayed in the Buccleuch Garden Room, which is a wonderful side-building in which we stayed for two nights. The room was very private and quiet, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was very flexible (with a key in a lock we could arrive at any time). The host Lorna is a super-friendly lady (who cooks an amazing breakfast!), that gives you a very warm and welcoming feeling. What we liked a lot in addition is that the city center is at walking distance, and there's ample of nice options for dinner. Views over loch Linne are beautiful as well. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing stay at Fort William

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Renovated and decorated to a high standard. Property is a 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Tea and coffee facilities provided as well as fruit and biscuits. Having a small fridge was a bonus. Bed was most comfortable, had the best sleep we have had for a while on our travels.
