Ideal for Menin Gate and Ypres visit.

Joseline was a great host - friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely with her around. Easy walk from her house into the town square and the walk around the old city ramparts.

Friendly, clean b&b in great location

Had whole floor to ourselves, looked after very well with exceptional breakfast. Good parking and even a cheap EV charger in the next street! Town is an easy walk of about 15 minutes with a lot going on there. Very hot during our stay but room had air conditioning so a good nights sleep too Thank you

Ypres - last post a moving occasion

Easy access to the town centre- 3/4 mile walk. The just helped with information and provided everything that we could possibly need. The room was a good size and the breakfast was lovely with everything you could want to eat available.

One bathroom for 2 rooms although the host said she only booked both rooms giving prior knowledge to customers and if people were happy to share. There was only us there.

Quiet location, I could park my bike in the garage, friendly owner, good breakfast

Fine for a short stay, maybe a little bit expensive for what it is, which is a private house. The walk into town is quite pleasant, about 20 minutes, but it’s seems longer on the way back after a couple of beers! Not to do with the hotel, but be aware the Menin Gate is currently undergoing restoration, so it’s covered up.

The property is in a safe and quiet location a short 500m walk to central Ypres. It has a very homely feel and Joseline gives an excellent introduction to the property and Ypres. A very good host. Thank you.

Great place to stay if your a biker

Joseline is very friendly and a great host, could do enough for her guests. Motorbike friendly, I was able to keep my bike in the garage overnight. 20 min walk to Meninport Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in leper

Joseline was a terrific host, helpful and kind but also respecting privacy. The room was huge, view was delightful, position was great with plenty of parking, bed was comfortable, bathroom was private and breakfast delicious. I would definitely return to this location! After staying in a cheaper central location that was really awful, this was a delightful choice which I wish I had booked for all three days!

Perfect place for a short holiday

At Joke you're staying at her home, we were presented with a great breakfast and the value for money is just perfect. We stayed for just one night and since you're at her home, I guess you need to be comfortable with that if you want to stay longer. For one night though this is perfect, rooms were nice and clean and a good bed. You share the bathroom with the owner, again, nothing wrong with that, it's like visiting your grandmother :).

There wasn't anything in specific to not like, it boils down to personal preference mainly.
