Le petit déjeuner copieux simple et efficace. Dino et Anna en écoute permanente des besoins de leurs hôtes. Des conseils et indications complets. Qu’on veuille faire du bateau, de la randonnée, des visites, un restaurant, Dino est là et réserve aussi pour vous. Et que dire de la journée passée en sa compagnie sur son bateau à visiter le Golfo dei poeti ! Journée terminée en apothéose par une surprise que je ne dévoilerai pas ici pour ses futurs visiteurs.

Die Lage von A Casa Di Gaia ist traumhaft. Die Ruhe die man dort erleben darf tut gut. Der Gastgeber Dino ist einfach fantastisch. Sympathisch , Hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Seine Tipps was Restaurants bzw. Ausflugsziele angeht haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wer auf der Suche nach einem authentischen Italienischen Urlaub ist, ist hier genau richtig! Die Familie ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war köstlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und das Steinwaschbecken war etwas ganz besonderes. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur und sehr ruhig aber man ist dennoch sehr schnell in der Stadt über die Schnellstraße. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, danke für alles!

De host maakt hier de accommodatie. Helpt je aan alle kanten, verteld over van alles in de buurt en als je wil reserveert hij jouw restaurant of excursie.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sympathischem Gastgeber

Ein sehr schön gestaltes Appartement Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag unheimlich lecker, regional und wir konnten jeden Tag die Zeit mit Dino ausmachen. Dino als Gastgeber ist einfach großartig, nach 5 Minuten haben wir uns gefühlt als würden wir bei Freunden wohnen. Dino hilft auch in allem weiter, egal ob Sightseeingtipp, Parkplatzlinks oder Tischreservierung. Der traumhafte Blick rundet diese gelungene Unterkunft ab.

Not what expected

The host was friendly

There was some difficulty finding the property due to a road collapse caused by heavy rain. Of course, this wasn’t the host’s fault. Unfortunately, our first night was quite unpleasant. Although the room appeared recently renovated, there was no insulation against moisture. Everything felt damp and sticky because it had been raining all day, and we couldn’t sleep. We had to turn on the heater mode on the AC because it was quite cold. The shower was very small, making it hard to shower comfortably, and the room, which looked spacious in the photos, turned out to be quite tight. A bedside table would have been useful, as well as a towel hook or rack in the bathroom for the hand towel. Also, the fridge was very noisy at night. Overall, it felt like the accommodation wasn’t fully ready to welcome guests. What we found did not quite match the photos. Even the outdoor garden table couldn’t be used, as the cushions hadn’t been taken in and were soaking wet. On the second day, there were construction works taking place just below our room, which made it difficult for me to work in the mornings via Zoom. The parking spot is on a steep incline and requires caution. Unfortunately, we spent a significant amount of money, but the experience did not meet our expectations. And since I noticed that the host tends to respond to reviews with a rather sarcastic tone and tries to justify everything, I truly hope that at some point he will take the time to reflect on the feedback and make improvements based on the concerns that have been mentioned.

Doğayla iç içe harika bir konumda size tam bir dinlenme alanı sağlıyor. Ev sahibi Dino ve ailesi çok tatlı insanlar, bizi ilk geldiğimiz gün akşam yemeğine davet etmeleri çok nazikti. Birlikte yemek yiyip sohbet ettik. Oda tertemizdi, klima mevcuttu ve evin mutfağında ihtiyacınız olan her şey vardı. Kahvaltıda özel olarak tüketmediğimiz ürünleri sorup ona göre hazırlaması çok ince bir hareketti. Çok çok memnun kaldık, çok teşekkür ederiz.

Hébergement et hôte exceptionnels ! Idéalement situé au calme dans un environnement exceptionnel, à 10 minutes de la Spezia. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié chaque jour. Hôte soucieux de notre bien être et qui a fait tout son possible pour nous faire plaisir. Il nous a donné toutes les indications utiles afin que nous passions un séjour inoubliable (où nous garer, où manger). Nous étions comme des rois !!! Nous avons hâte d’y retourner !

Highly recommended place to enjoy some R&R away from the crowds of the famous Cinque Terre area that’s so crowded.

We really liked being out in a peaceful area away from the noise of the city, but close enough to be very convenient to everything we needed. Also, very close to where we wanted to go sightseeing (Cinque Terre).

There was nothing that we really didn’t like about the place. It was a wonderful experience.

Hidden gem, memorable stay

If you're lucky enough to find a room (he's often sold out), just take it. One of the best surprises to see fully renovated rooms with AC, super clean bathrooms and a homemade breakfast with meats, focaccia and drinks. Free parking was also appreciated.

Dino is a great host. Always trying to take care of your needs. Even though there was a language barrier, his communication was good enough for "where to go, how to travel, what for breakfast". Place is clean, free parking space, 10 min by car to the train or boat station. He helped us with finding free parking lots in town.
