The self check-in instructions are great (I received a video (!) with the whole procedure), especially for people who check in late at night. Quiet room, as expected at a village. Quick communication with the owner when a problem arose. Simple room with everything I needed for the night before starting the Cinque Terre campaign.

You get your own room and bathroom and has a mini fridge and coffee machine in the room. Francesca was very responsive and helpful and kind, with clear instructions for checkin and checkout.
This is more so tips to learn from my mistakes. There is a small bus to get to Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore) from the property and cheaper to get tickets from the shop around the corner, make sure to get all the tickets you need in one go, also ATMs are rare/might not work/not have cash so cash out before making your way to the area.

The room was spacious, had a decent bathroom and I liked that it was directly attached to the shared outdoor space. The bed was comfortabel and the linnen were clean. Fransesca is very nice and gave helpful tips to get me on my way in the small town. Biassa has a great view of La Spezia and this place is a good starting point for Cinque Terre hikes (1,5 hours hike to Riogamorre - which I recommend you hike!).
It would help if the timetable of the public transport to get to Biassa was in the advertisement, since it is not the most reachable place without a car during the evening. I would also love it for this place to have some plates and utensils for guests to use. There is also some random small things that could use some maintenance (a shower head with a crack,, a toilet that flushes a bit hard, a picnic table which is not so sturdy).
