Merci à Francesca & Davide pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié la simplicité et jolie décoration de cette chambre spacieuse, dans ce petit village de montagne pittoresque accueillant. La petite épicerie est bienvenue. Bon petit déjeuner au soleil du matin.

La cortesia di Francesca e il poter rimanere in contatto con lei via whatsapp. Il fatto che abbiamo potuto accedere alla struttura e completare il pernottamento in autonomia, senza essere legati ad orari per incontrarci con l'ospite. La pulizia, la dimensione, e la preparazione della camera, che era molto grande e accogliente. Lo spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie

Posizione strategica per visitare la zona delle cinque terre, appartamento pulito, essenziale, organizzato.

Qualche difficoltà nel trovare il posto auto ma lo spazio per le auto è comunque abbondante.

Buon compromesso per una toccata e fuga

La tranquillità e la posizione elevata per godersi il fresco anche con giornate calde. Fatta colazione nell' alimentari proprio di fianco e in compagnia di alcuni cinghialotti.

Struttura un po' datata e leggermente umida. Il letto matrimoniale troppo duro al limite del fastidioso durante la notte, anche per me che solitamente li preferisco. Mia moglie si è trasferita sul letto singolo.

Nice room at a great location

The self check-in instructions are great (I received a video (!) with the whole procedure), especially for people who check in late at night. Quiet room, as expected at a village. Quick communication with the owner when a problem arose. Simple room with everything I needed for the night before starting the Cinque Terre campaign.

Delusione.

L'Host è stata veramente gentile nell'anticipare il check-in, ha dato diverse informazioni, gentile e simpatica. I locali molto puliti.

Struttura molto datata, camera senza finestre, come il bagno, conseguente odore di chiuso e muffa. Il frigorifero da plus si trasforma di notte in un incubo, rumoroso a dir poco. Insonorizzazione pressoché inesistente, si sentivano chiaramente i rumori dei vicini, come averli in camera. Non ho praticamente chiuso occhio, anche a causa del letto, troppo troppo scomodo. Abbastanza deluso, mi spiace perché chi gestisce la struttura è veramente disponibile. Peccato.

Schönes kleines Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Lage ist gut um die umliegende Gegend zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist aufgrund der Lage recht kühl, auch bei sehr heißen Tagen.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ dunkel weil es nur die Eingangstür als Lichtquelle gibt. Da wir uns aber nur zum schlafen dort aufgehalten haben, war dies kein Problem für uns.

Carina e pulita l'abitazione, accoglienza molto piacevole. Di fianco piccolo alimentari, altri servizi vicini, per la posizione la cosa pratica è usare i mezzi, navetta e treno. Merita le 5 terre offrono panorami meravigliosi.

La posizione....Basta capire come muoversi dopo diventa semplice e lasci la macchina parcheggiata.

This is more so tips to learn from my mistakes. There is a small bus to get to Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore) from the property and cheaper to get tickets from the shop around the corner, make sure to get all the tickets you need in one go, also ATMs are rare/might not work/not have cash so cash out before making your way to the area.

5 Terre fantastiche a Biassa

I proprietari carinissimi e attenti. La struttura perfetta, pulita, bella e ben attrezzata. La location perfetta se si ha la macchina (paesino pieno di natura attorno e sentieri escursionistici). Collegate alle 5 terre, sia con i mezzi pubblici che con la macchina

Sì può migliorare

Affittuari educati. La cordialità delle persone che lavorano nella zona; accessibile a qualsiasi ora grazie ai codici di accesso. Presente un bollitore, tazze e capsule caffè.

C'è bisogno di un deumidificatore!!! La parete della camera era a chiazze, gli asciugamani erano bagnati a causa dell'umidità (e siamo venuti a fine maggio) mancavano shampoo e bagnoschiuma!!! C'era solo un dispenser di sapone liquido per le mani avviato sul lavandino, mancava la porta fra il salotto e la camera e causava una maggior dispersione del poco calore che c'era, il televisore non prendeva i canali e non si collegava al wifi, il telecomando non funzionava, dopo abbiamo visto che le pile erano piegate. Mancava un cestino per la spazzatura, quello nel bagno era minuscolo. Capisco ottimizzare i costi ma mi sembra un po' eccessivo. Purtroppo non ho pensato a fare foto.

Bella camera accogliente, si trova in un paesino molto carino vicinissimo a La Spezia. Perfetto come partenza per percorsi dí trekking, passa anche il bus che porta alle cinque terre. Rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico! Host simpatica e disponibile!

Le cinque terre.

L'appartamento è molto ampio e perfettamente pulito. È ubicato in un piccolo borgo a pochi kilometri da La Spezia raggiungibile con una strada molto comoda ( non seguite google map perché vi farà fare una strada più breve na molto tortuosa). Accanto all'alloggio c'è un piccolo supermarket dove fare colazione. In paese c'è un altro emporio dove fare i ticket per le cinque terre e due ristoranti. Ottima base per raggiungere la Spezia.

Il ventilatore del bagno cieco è rumoroso.

A nice stay with a lovely view

The room was spacious, had a decent bathroom and I liked that it was directly attached to the shared outdoor space. The bed was comfortabel and the linnen were clean. Fransesca is very nice and gave helpful tips to get me on my way in the small town. Biassa has a great view of La Spezia and this place is a good starting point for Cinque Terre hikes (1,5 hours hike to Riogamorre - which I recommend you hike!).

It would help if the timetable of the public transport to get to Biassa was in the advertisement, since it is not the most reachable place without a car during the evening. I would also love it for this place to have some plates and utensils for guests to use. There is also some random small things that could use some maintenance (a shower head with a crack,, a toilet that flushes a bit hard, a picnic table which is not so sturdy).

When I arrive I meet the owner who give me the keys. Room door is located on the side of the building. Room was clean & tidy with coffee machine & water heater. There is no window for the room and the door is a glass door which is annoying in the morning as the lights will comes in & wake you up early. Car parking is on the street, so find a place for your car.

Internet connection is very weak. I believe price is little high (75€).

Sweet room in a lovely mountain town.

We travelled to Biassa by bike and the host really went out of her way to give us a safe place to store them overnight. The room itself was very spacious and had some fun ocean related decorations. It was super clean and had a very warm feeling about it. Next door was a the sweetest little breakfast spot that over looked the city of La Spezia. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the apartment. Really a super spot and we were more than happy with our stay.

The host was really friendly and responded quickly. The room had a sea theme, was clean, had everything you needed and the bed was comfortable.

The accomodation is somewhat noisy. You hear a lot of sounds from outside and within the house (a.o. because of the neighbours).
