C'era una bella visuale sulla valle.

La camera era piccola. Mancavano copriletto e lenzuola per uno dei due letti singoli. Il bagno era piccolissimo. Il vaso era posizionato tra il piatto doccia e il lavabo e c'erano 25cm di distanza, scomodissimo. Quando eri allo specchio dovevi stare attento al vaso dietro. Mi spiace lasciare una recensione tendenzialmente negativa ma non mi aspettavo un alloggio così. E mancava anche il bidet.

Przyjemny weekend w Ligurii

Dobre miejsce, żeby zatrzymać się na weekend. Pokój miał wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy - aneks kuchenny, suszarka, dyfuzor przeciwko komarom, a dodatkowo otrzymaliśmy w prezencie książkę. Wszystko było czyste i jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Parking był dość mały, ale jest darmowy.

Podjazd był dość stromy, więc trzeba mieć to na uwadze.

Informazioni precise e dettagliate. I ristoratori consigliati fanno la differenza. Il personale della struttura cordiale e disponibile.

Il bagno è un ambiente importante ma sottovalutato. Troppo piccolo e la doccia presenta i segni dell'ambiente umido. Purtroppo le pareti di divisione sono troppo sottili. Tanto da avvertire il sonno profondo degli altri ospiti. Tutto sommato credo ci sia ampio margine di miglioramento.

Unbelievable view in the morning. Truly one of the best I’ve seen in Italy!!! Was a great surprise once I had arrived in the night.

I arrived very late, but was not so easy finding my actual room in the dark. There may have been signs, but maybe I missed them or they may have to be bigger.

Très beau cadre , mais absence total de personnel et de services et les lieux sont abandonnés

- le paysage autour très bel vue , très dépaysant - Roberta ! Épicière qui se trouve à quelques pas du logement , allez y les yeux fermées - la tranquillité du lieu

Plusieurs choses sont à noter : - Demande de taxe de séjour en arrivant sur les lieux et non précisez en amont - Aucunes aides pour se rendre sur l’hébergement qui est très difficile d’accès en voiture mais surtout sans voiture ! Aucunes infos sur les moyens de transport pour venir alors qu’un arrêt de bus se situe en bas . Pour les futurs voyageur si vous venez sans voiture ( ce qui est préférable). Un bus part à 6h51 ou à 14h15. Et un seul pour revenir : 19h30 il me semble avec des correspondance à prendre en amont. Le trajet pourrait être expliqué par les hôtes, nous avons du faire nous même les recherches avec les habitant de la ville. - nous avons sollicité l’équipe car nous étions perdu au milleu de polverara nous avons demandez de l’aide pour venir nous chercher (13 min en voiture.) refusé ! - Sans demandes au préalable le personnel ( que nous n’avons pas vu du séjour) se rendait dans notre logement en notre absence pour refaire notre lit et une éventuel vaisselle et surtout pour nous remettre une pochette en plastique sur le lit pr y mettre de l’argent pour la taxe de séjour. Cependant aucun vol à déclarer. - les lieux communs sont laissé à l’abandon, ci joint la photo des espaces qui ne ressemble pas à ceux de l’annonce. Rien est utilisable à part les transat sur le balcon - Pas de petit déjeuner, rien du tout -

Un séjour en famille près de La Spezia, pour découvrir les Cinq Terres.

. Le parking. . La proximité avec La Spezia (environ 20 min en voiture). C'est d'ailleurs pour cette raison que j'ai choisi cet hébergement. Chaque jour, nous faisions le trajet jusqu'au parking Darmipark à La Spezia (gratuit les douze premières heures puis 2€ de l'heure) puis le trajet à pieds jusqu'à la gare pour rejoindre les Cinq Terres...

. Mauvaise insonorisation : on entend les voisins parler comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre. . Les photos ne sont pas toutes fidèles à la réalité. . Moisissures un peu partout aux angles de murs (au plafond) ainsi qu'autour de la fenêtre de la salle de bains. La chambre est humide. Les serviettes et torchons ne sèchent pas. Encadrement porte d'entrée en bois, mouillé chaque matin, ainsi que la clé... . Je n'ai rencontré personne sur les lieux (propriétaire ou autre) mais du personnel venait chaque jour pour apporter des serviettes propres et sèches. . Il faut régler la taxe de séjour en espèces et laisser le cash dans la chambre pour quand le personnel vient. Aucun risque d'oublier de la régler puisque chaque jour ou presque, la note est mise en évidence sur le lit! Pour nous (famille 1 adulte et deux enfants 8 et 12 ans : 45€ pour 6 nuits). . Je n'ai pas trouvé d'indication concernant le jardin extérieur alors nous n'avons pas osé nous aventurer... . Dans Bed&Breakfast, il y a "breakfast" mais pas de petit déjeuner sur place... . Dans notre chambre (n°4) : il y avait un lit 1 personne et un grand lit deux personnes (bien trop grand par rapport à la surface de la pièce). On avait à peine la place de loger la petite table mais impossible de manger tous les 3 en même temps (seulement deux chaises disponibles et espace trop réduit). Heureusement nous avons pu loger nos sacs sous le lit 1 personne. . Le sèche-serviette de la sdb ne fonctionnait pas.

Miren kraj. Relativno dobro izhodišče za obisk Cinque Terre z avtomobilom. Čisto in urejeno. Osnovno opremljena kuhinja, štedilnik na plin (ni vžigalnika!). Cenovno zelo ugodno.

Nismo dobili sobe, ki smo jo rezervirali. Booking je ponudil brezplačno nadgradnjo, ker sem Genius 3 - večjo sobo za ceno manjše. Kjub temu smo dobili manjšo sobo. Dostop do nastanitve je zelo težaven, sploh zadnji del do privatnega parkirišča (ki je zelo majhno in nerodno za parkiranje). V sobi ni jedilne mize. Potrebno je bilo doplačilo turistične takse (v gotovini), kar ni bilo omenjeno ob rezervaciji.

Le persone indicate come riferimenti, non rispondono al telefono. C'è un 'centralino' che fornisce un minimo di informazioni. Il riscaldamento della camera avviene tramite termosifoni elettrici a gasolio, efficienti ma dopo un po' iniziano a puzzare e per chi ha qualche problema respiratorio, non è proprio salutare. Ho dormito poco con la finestrella del bagno aperta per fare circolare l'aria. Prima di impressionare con l'organizzazione da effetti speciali, occorrerebbe investire nel confort dell'alloggio.. Per il resto, viste le condizioni generali, giusto e corretto che il prezzo sia basso.

Assolutamente nulla

Tutto. La strada per arrivare è tutta tornanti, la macchina sale in seconda. Quando si arriva al bivio, non c e lo spazio per girare, per cui o vai più avanti e giri, altrimenti entri in retromarcia in una rampa che fa slittare sia la macchina che la frizione. Il locale, pubblicizzato e pagato come appartamento, è a malapena sufficiente per una persona; non c è lo spazio per muoversi. La cucina ( per le bambole) è pressappoco sul letto, un tavolo pieghevole è appoggiato da una parte, ma non c è lo spazio per utilizzarlo ( magari sopra il letto), il bagno è piccolissimo, quando usi il lavandino con le gambe sei sul wc. Nella doccia non c è nessun portasapone o shampo per cui devi metterlo a terra, non c è il bidet, per lavarti il culo devi utilizzare ( naturalmente io non l ho fatto) una piccola doccia( l ho visto solo in Africa). Per asciugarsi devi farlo in camera altrimenti sbatti i gomiti ovunque.. si sente tutto quello che si dice nelle stanze a fianco anche se parli a bassa voce; siamo rientrati un pomeriggio per riposarci e NON c era l acqua calda; siccome sei in un bosco, entrano le cimici: io mi chiedo come si può affittare un locale del genere e farlo passare per appartamento, me la prendo sia con i titolari, sia con chi lascia le autorizzazioni per esercitare,; purtroppo c era la clausola del pagamento anticipato e siamo dovuti rimanere visto che era Pasqua e non potevamo stare alla ricerca di un posto migliore. Pessima esperienza, girate alla larga.

Struttura situata in cima ad una collina immersa nel verde con un bellissimo panorama che da sulla vallata, il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Le stanze sono piccoline, provviste di un bagno, una cucinetta, frigo e tv, tutto molto pulito. Per quanto riguarda la colazione la signora ci ha dato biscottini, yogurt, marmellate, nutella, caffè, latte e te. Io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati molto bene la signora è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima, ci ha anche regalato una cartina in cui erano segnate varie passeggiate da fare e un libro con pubblicazione a cura del proprietario. Anche ottima disponibilità del proprietario che ha soddisfatto la nostra richiesta di prendere una camera per la notte stessa nonostante fosse sera inoltrata.

È un po' difficile arrivarci perché c'è una salita molto ripida e stretta e con la macchina si slitta.

Pleasant place to stay if you don't mind zero service and small room/bathroom

Not hard to reach, nice, very peaceful location in the mountains, free parking just a minute from the room. Room was small but clean and with a GOOD AIRCO (!!) Small fridge and wifi in the room, very small bathroom, comfortable bed but with a footboard (and I am 200cm).

We haven't seen the staff (at all). Key was on a board, another guest helped me to find my way. No breakfast, no bar, no service. All instructions in writing. Apparently this had to do with covid, but zero service? Even a camping provides more.

The location is so beautiful and quiet, a great spot to relax after long journeys and hot cities 😁 The apartment is spacious and unusual, not suitable for perfectionist people who like it clean and modern! For us it was great. A huge balcony to enjoy the view was a bonus, with lots of space to hang the washing.

The shower missed a door so the bathroom got a bit wet.
