we were satisficed overall with the property
the location was great for our stay
the living room is too big for short stay, more room for the bed room would be more appreciated, I understand that the apartment is better for longer rent than just couple of days, there was no coffee machine (except the Turkish one), no garbage bin available, unclean dishes

The apartment was quite big and nice with 2 rooms, kitchen, bath room.
Situation is a bit far from places like Cinque Terre etc. Rather expensive for a Bed & Breakfast (August).

It is located nearby downtown, out of the main road, but very quiet and silent. in few minute you are in the heart of sarzana. The owner are very kind

To much noise in the morning, we couldn’t sleep properly and the disappointment part was that the keys was not working to lock the door so in the morning we had that lovely surprise of someone coming in the room !!!
