Clean and well equipped apt, but breakfast disappointing

The host was friendly and met us as arranged. The apartment had all that we needed and was clean. The bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the breakfast. We stayed for two nights. They didn't clean the room and pick up the garbage. They didn't refill and change coffee, tea, towels, toiletries.

Sabrina was a small, comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation.

To say that breakfast was included was an exaggeration. Just some supermarket biscuits and snacks. Parking around the corner on the street.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro. La camera e il bagno sono ristrutturati di recente. Pulizia eccellente, bel box doccia, fornito di shower gel. È presente una macchina per caffè a cialde per la colazione, un frigo e un forno a microonde.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto, si sentivano le voci e i rumori di altri villeggianti accanto (pareti molto sottili).

Paolo è un host eccezionale, simpatico, cordiale e disponibile. La camera era al piano terra, comoda e spaziosa. Il centro di Sarzana è 5 minuti a piedi. Si è in pieno centro, ma senza il rumore del centro. Consigliatissimo.

Camera molto carina e confortevole, dotata di macchina per il caffè e frigorifero, utili per un soggiorno rilassante. Bagno piccolo, ma delizioso con doccia grande e comoda. E' stato tutto molto bello e di nostro gradimento. Grazie di tutto!

concerto a Sarzana, bellissima cittadina

Abbiamo soggiornato a Sarzana soprattutto per vedere un concerto. non pensavamo fosse cosi' bella! le due camere che avevamo prenotato erano collegate, molto ampie, pulitissime e sembravano appena ristrutturate. tutto nuovo. gli host ci hanno accolto molto cordialmente e ci hanno anche mostrato una cartina della cittadina con i punti piu' interessanti. parcheggio privato davanti alla porta di ingresso. ritorneremo sicuramente per visitare meglio la zona

Alloggio con posizione comoda sia per parcheggiare che per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Self check-in sempre molto comodo. Molto chiare le indicazioni ricevute per accedere. Abbiamo trovato comodo anche il letto. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.

Il fatto di essere al piano terra quasi bordo strada, ma essendo andati praticamente solo per dormire per non noi era particolarmente rilevante

Molto disponibile e gentile l'host e ottimo il sistema di check in e check out. Posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio gratuito a 100 metri. Stanza molto pulita ed in ordine con tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere qualche notte.

La ubicación y calidad del alojamiento. Se destaca la atención de Paolo quien tuvo la gentileza de irnos a buscar a la estación para traernos al alojamiento. Hermoso el pueblo medieval y la calidez de sus gentes.... Éxcelente lugar para desde allí visitar Cinque Terre....
