La posizione strategica, la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente e la vicinanza al centro ed alla stazione sono di certo un grande punto a favore di questa struttura. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole.

Migliorerei l'offerta per la colazione, anche se, capisco bene che essendo un B&B è già complesso gestire il tutto con le risorse che non sono certo quelle degli alberghi.

Majoitusajankohtamme siirtyi muutamalla päivällä eteenpäin koska automme rikkoutui emmekä päässeet kohteeseen alkuperäisen suunnitelman mukaan. Kiitos että siirto onnistui. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, samoin yhteiset tilat. Aamiainen oli perusaamiainen.

Huoneistot aivan junanradan vieressä joten ääniin kyllä heräsi yölläkin. Ilmeisesti hotellilla ei ole omia parkkipaikkoja eli parkkipaikat todella kortilla ja piha ahdas. Lähellä parkkihalli johon vein autoni ensimmäiseksi yöksi.

posizione comoda al centro torico di Sarzana ma la strada da percorrere a piedi prevede di passare da un sottopassaggio pedonale un pò inquietante. comodo alla stazione ferroviaria. la colazione assolutamente decorosa e quindi in linea con le aspettative per una struttura di questo tipo. ottimo il materasso.

location desolata all'esterno e davvero arredata in economia. male la manutenzione (tende, lavandino e lampadine). affaccio sulla ferrovia quindi molto rumorosa.

La posizione, strategica sia per raggiungere la stazione che il centro storico in pochi minuti. Struttura pulita, ben curata e accogliente. La camera molto ampia e spaziosa e dotata del necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great location to explore Liguria, Carrara and even Cinque Terre

Clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Bathrooms show their age, but everything works well. Good location 5 minutes from the center of Sarzana. Breakfast included. Friendly staff.

Sinceramente non mi è piaciuto la camera era veramente squallida il bagno portava il sapone attaccata al muro e nella doccia ma non c’era sapone per il bidet L’affaccio al giardino…. ?? No comment Stamattina la colazione niente di che ma la signora che c’era è stata molto gentile e cortese Ecco la parte migliore è stata la vicinanza al centro e la signora che ha preparato le colazioni Non lo consiglierei

La struttura è vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e quindi è comoda per andare a visitare le Cinque Terre

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione. La stanza era ampia e pulita. Il titolare Filippo è stato cordiale e su nostra richiesta ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti…

Purtroppo la struttura è vicino alla ferrovia quindi anche di notte, se pur limitato, c’è un via vai di treni che non permette di riposare bene. Le camere non sono insonorizzate tant’è che sentivo rumori delle camere vicine e del corridoio

Great Room with Lovely Breakfast

Very nice room with a small kitchenette and air-con. In a very peaceful area and only a short walk to the train station. Free breakfast was fantastic. Great stay if you plan on visiting the Cinque Terre.

The plates/bowls in the room had not been cleaned properly before being put away in the cupboard.

Very nice room, comfortable and clean. The host was easy to communicate with and very flexible with our early check out. They kindly left us a self service breakfast. Location was a little hard to get to on foot because of nearby construction.

Very pleasant, would totally recommend

Friendly, helpful staff. We got some tips from Filipino of which surrounding places to visit apart of Cinque Terre. We had a nice room, always kept clean. The breakfast was nice too.

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice and generous.

The arrival at night time was a little complicated, it was difficult to find the hotel, more street signs and lights would be nice and helfpul. Although Parking was limited, we did find a spot.
