Amazing property near the area of La spezia. Amazing stay with amazing panoramic views all around the house and gardens. Gabriele is one of a kind. Amazing Italian host! Breakfast was perfect! What we needed to start our road trip. Facilities were outstanding. Absolutely a value for money stay! Trust Gabriele! 🤜🏼🤛🏼🔥 Also free spacious 🅿️! Perfect stay!

A perfect stopover for us , but also could be used longer to see the surrounding coast and mountains.

The house has a beautiful high position and view of the old castle and surrounding area. Modern, clean rooms with easy access to the eating and parking areas.

beautiful views, parking and nice terras, hosts are very friendly as well

the pictures where from when the place was new. the shower was not inviting anymore! and there was barely any hot water. ashame. you don’t stay in the house on the pictures, it is an annex, half in the ground. the air fresheners cover some of it, but the bedding smelled damp, not fresh. we expected better from the previous reviews.

This is a great location on the top of a mountain with a beautiful view over the castle and the city. Great host! Estate has a big gate that closes after you enter (super safe). Good Breakfast!

Nothing to do with the property, but the trip up the mountain, if you choose the wrong way, is a bit of a challenge. We would go there again withoutout a count.

Lovely B&B with clean comfortable room and a nice breakfast

This place was my second stay in Italy, it was on the 24 of April 2022 we arrived with the family in the evening hours, the place has its own private parking. The host was already expecting us for a nice welcome. He showed the room that was amazing with 2 double sided beds. The accommodation was very good. The room is very clean and nice, Also the bathroom was clean and good sized. The host gave us the opportunity to use everything in the kitchen, we could also eat some cakes and make coffee or tea. The location of this B&B is further up on the hill, but you will get rewarded with a nice view. In the morning the host will prepare a very nice enjoyable breakfast, nothing was missing. I want also to thank the host for all his help an kindness. This definitely one of my favorites!

Mancava la tenda oscurante in camera. Necessità di maggiore manutenzione dei rubinetti del bagno. In generale un'ottima struttura, basta poco per renderla eccellente.

Molto caratteristica

Location molto caratteristica sulle alture di Sarzana, la nostra camera,era ben arredata con ampio spazio all'aperto con sedie e sdraio da dove si può ammirare il paesaggio. Nei pressi è presente una fortezza visitabile,il centro di Sarzana è raggiungibile in pochi minuti in auto

Belle découverte.

Non loin de la forteresse mais l'application Wase ne l'a pas trouvé, notre hôte est venu en quelques minutes nous guider jusque chez lui. Mais Google Maps s'est avéré bien plus efficace. Endroit très calme, grande chambre avec tout confort, hôte très sympathique, petit déjeuner très correct, bon débit internet. à quelques minutes de Lerici, joli petit port dominé par une autre forteresse. Je recommande.

Anche se vi abbiamo soggiornato una notte soltanto siamo stati benissimo, gli spazi sono nuovi e molto curati, la posizione è ottima per visitare Sarzana e dintorni, bellissima la vista sulla fortezza di Sarzanello e l'host davvero gentilissimo!

Location ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi, mare comodo da raggiungere. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Camera pulita, con area esterna a nostra disposizione. Da ritornarci assolutamente

Relax in collina a due passi dal mare....

Posizione strategica... fuori dalla confusione ma .. vicinissima alle località di mare...valutate il fresco della sera ...dopo una giornata di mare.... Fantastico!!! Arredata con gusto anche con alcuni particolari di rilievo......e ambiente pulitissimo... Il titolare .. Gabriele...sempre cordiale e disponibile... colazione abbondante e ben servita.... Grazie davvero..

per chi rimane 3-4 GG magari una griglietta fuori...per chi desidera farsi un po' di pesce o carne... alla buona...in un' atmosfera rilassante.... Vuole essere solo un suggerimento...

Ho viaggiato per lavoro, ma se dovessi tornare a Sarzana ci ritornerò.

Camera molto confortevole e spaziosa,ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario.Sono arrivata un’ora prima del check in e la camera era comunque pronta ,insieme alla chiave della stanza mi é stato dato anche il telecomando del cancello in questo modo sono stata completamente indipendente. Zona molto tranquilla con un bellissimo panorama
