-parcheggio gratuito e privato -la fermata del bus proprio davanti all’abitazione per andare a Lerici o in altre città come La Spezia -vicino al centro storico -camera pulita e con tutto il necessario, soprattutto l’aria condizionata!

Posizione comodissima, vicina al centro storico di Sarzana.. Stabile perfettamente ristrutturato, con bei recuperi e un'attenzione alla sostenibilità. Estrema discrezione della padrona di casa. Nonostante la osizione centrale, la camera è silenziosissima... Il parcheggio interno è impagabile. Sicuramente torneremo!
Ho trovato tutto molto bene organizzato. il suggerimento in più, potrebbe essere quello di avere un piccolo tavolino a disposizione sul terrazzo, per poter fare lì la colazione preparata in cucina...

Posizione strategica, all'ingresso del centro storico. La fermata dell'autobus per Lerici e San Terenzo è davanti alla struttura. Posto macchina. Giardinetto a disposizione. La host è simpatica e disponibile. Camera ok. Materasso ottimo. Al piano terra per cui non ci sono piani da fare con le valigie.
I teli grandi per la doccia sono disponibili solo tramite supplemento. Il bagno è piccolo. Per persone con difficoltà motorie il vano comune, dotato di frigo e caffè, è in pratica inaccessibile.
