The location is perfect. The rooms are very nice and super quiet considering one side on a fairly busy road, we never heard a sound. The staff we met were lovely and made us feel right at home. The shared bathroom and kitchen well kept, clean and well equipped with everything you need. There was also gated parking available, and its a 5 minute walk into the town centre.

Alloggio in posizione centralissima, ma anche comoda per raggiungere l'autostrada. Il parcheggio privato è un servizio raro in Liguria, data la conformazione del territorio. La struttura e la camera sono particolarmente accoglienti. Viviana è una host molto ospitale e disponibile.
Nonostante il bagno in comune, i servizi erano sempre puliti.

Personale cordiale e ubicazione della struttura al centro di Sarzana con possibilità di sfruttare il posto auto. Francesco e Viviana si fanno in quattro per accontentare gli ospiti. Possibilità di sfruttare una cucina attrezzata .
Per chi si ferma più di qualche giorno, trovare un piccolo armadio con cassetti al posto di un appendiabiti non sarebbe male. Giornate caldissime ms il condizionatore ha fatto il suo dovere. Doccia super anche se il bagno non e’ in camera.
