Centrally located, beautiful decoration & clean. Raffaella was so helpful and efficient. Nothing was ever a problem.

Stairs! Just bear in mind with luggage and disability.

Apartment is in a lovely part of town close to cafes and restaurants. The room is beautifully decorated and was clean and very comfortable. Host was friendly and very helpful.

The city

We stayed two nights, and on the third day, about five hours after we left, we received a message on WhatsApp saying we had to pay her one hundred euros because we had ruined a tea table. And we, the four of us, were on the road wondering, ‘What tea table? What happened?’ She sent us a picture of a nightstand that was actually being used as a bedside table with a huge lamp on it. In the picture she sent us, the lamp was gone, and the kettle was placed on the table. The wood was whitened, and the table was discolored around the kettle. She claimed we put the kettle on the nightstand, damaging it, and we owe her one hundred euros.To be honest, the kettle was in another room on a large marble-topped table, used as a tea table with a set of cups. Why would we take the kettle from there and bring it into that other room to cause this ‘accident’? What motive would we have? We used the kettle, indeed; we took it off the stand, poured hot water into cups, and put it back on the stand on the marble table. We didn’t even use the tea table she’s talking about.We believe that, seeing we were from another nationality, she thought she could get a hundred euros out of us. And let’s say, hypothetically, that we did damage the table. How does she know it’s worth a hundred euros? She just came up with that amount and said, ‘You have to give me one hundred euros.’ It’s absurd; you can’t do that. She even threatened us on WhatsApp, messaging us from another number, claiming to be the police. Is she pretending to be the Italian police? What is this, a circus? Since when does the police dm you to pay 100 euros?

It was clean and comfortable, with convenient check-in procedure and excellent communication from the host. The location is also fantastic- right in the center but quiet at night.
