Eine wunderbare Unterkunft an sehr zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage. Ich habe mich gefühlt wie eine Principessa in den herrlichen Räumlichkeiten. Raffa war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank.

Квартира просто идеальна! Все было чисто, красиво, хозяйка даже охладила квартиру к нашему приезду, что было очень приятно во время жары. Так же для нас были чай, кофе, вкусняшки, вода в холодильнике. Полотенца идеально белоснежные и мягкие, без посторонних запахов. В квартире так же было свежо и отсутствовал запах сырости, что часто бывает в Италии. Обстановка в квартире как в сказке!

Guest house élégante et confortable dans un ancien palais

Au Palazzo Lari Sarzana, vous résiderez dans un authentique palais ancien du 17ème siècle, dont une partie a été remise aux normes modernes par Raffaella et son mari pour créer des chambres d'hôtes. Au-delà de la modernité, salle de bains fonctionnelle, lit exceptionnellement confortable, wifi efficace, éclairage puissant, les deux époux qui gèrent cette structure apportent une grande importance avec beaucoup de goût à la décoration d'intérieur ; les magnifiques copies de tableaux anciens disposées dans chaque chambre sont un élément différenciant suffisamment rare pour être souligné. N’étant pas un hôtel, on ne vous servira pas de petit déjeuner et on vous laisse en compensation quelques snacks et de quoi faire thé ou Nescafé ; les petites crostata sont délicieuses. Via Mazzini vous serez dans la rue principale de Sarzana dans un environnement des plus agréables et vous trouverez à vous sustenter sans difficultés. La chambre que j’occupais faisait environ 40 m2 avec des plafonds de 4 mètres de haut, donc on est vraiment dans un palais. Que rêvez de mieux ? Enfin Raffaella est polyglotte et très accueillante et vous échangerez aisément en français sur toutes sortes de sujets. Bon séjour.

Il y a malheureusement des moustiques ; j’en ai tué 4 le jour du check in grâce aux diffuseurs que j’emporte toujours en voyage, et j’ai suggéré à Raffaella de mettre à disposition des diffuseurs italiens VAPE pour ses clients.

She tried to fool us.

The city

We stayed two nights, and on the third day, about five hours after we left, we received a message on WhatsApp saying we had to pay her one hundred euros because we had ruined a tea table. And we, the four of us, were on the road wondering, ‘What tea table? What happened?’ She sent us a picture of a nightstand that was actually being used as a bedside table with a huge lamp on it. In the picture she sent us, the lamp was gone, and the kettle was placed on the table. The wood was whitened, and the table was discolored around the kettle. She claimed we put the kettle on the nightstand, damaging it, and we owe her one hundred euros.To be honest, the kettle was in another room on a large marble-topped table, used as a tea table with a set of cups. Why would we take the kettle from there and bring it into that other room to cause this ‘accident’? What motive would we have? We used the kettle, indeed; we took it off the stand, poured hot water into cups, and put it back on the stand on the marble table. We didn’t even use the tea table she’s talking about.We believe that, seeing we were from another nationality, she thought she could get a hundred euros out of us. And let’s say, hypothetically, that we did damage the table. How does she know it’s worth a hundred euros? She just came up with that amount and said, ‘You have to give me one hundred euros.’ It’s absurd; you can’t do that. She even threatened us on WhatsApp, messaging us from another number, claiming to be the police. Is she pretending to be the Italian police? What is this, a circus? Since when does the police dm you to pay 100 euros?
