Nice facility with a very good location.
Despite the claim on Booking.com, breakfast is most certainly NOT included. All that I received for breakfast was a 4 euro coupon to one of a few local bakeries.
Perhaps if your idea of breakfast is coffee and a cigarette (and you provide your own cigarette) then breakfast would be included. Otherwise, the claim "breakfast included" is completely false.
Very disappointing and insulting to be tricked in this way. Don't fall for it.

nice big room with air con that worked well. communication with staff via whatsapp went smoothly. good bed and facilities all in order. nice to have a small fridge in the room. i liked the breakfast at the nearby bakery Pasticceria Giubia.
you could here other people very clearly when they went up the stairs.

Wonderful location it was clean up-to-date. Everything worked very, very comfortable.
Paying the extra money for the balcony I do not recommend. I made the choice hoping I would be able to enjoy a view. No View save a few extra dollars.
