Schön, sauber und zentral.

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr nett und das Cafe für das man ein Frühstücksbon bekommt, ist hervorragend. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst. Wenn man nicht gerne Stiegen steigt und schlicht keine Stiegen steigen kann, sollte man die Gegend vermeiden.

False advertising - breakfast is NOT included.😟

Nice facility with a very good location.

Despite the claim on Booking.com, breakfast is most certainly NOT included. All that I received for breakfast was a 4 euro coupon to one of a few local bakeries. Perhaps if your idea of breakfast is coffee and a cigarette (and you provide your own cigarette) then breakfast would be included. Otherwise, the claim "breakfast included" is completely false. Very disappointing and insulting to be tricked in this way. Don't fall for it.

Ambiente molto pulito con tutto il necessario Palazzo antico ristrutturato con gusto Molto apprezzato acqua in frigo il caffè e il tè sul bancone e poi una bella colazione in pasticceria In bagno c’è tutto l‘indispensabile come descritto Qualità del sonno buona sia per i letti e materassi che per il silenzio Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Infine ma forse il più importante la gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora. Posto giusto per visitare il bellissimo borgo di Sarzana e i dintorni Consigliato

nice big room with air con that worked well. communication with staff via whatsapp went smoothly. good bed and facilities all in order. nice to have a small fridge in the room. i liked the breakfast at the nearby bakery Pasticceria Giubia.

Perfetto per visitare Sarzana e dintorni

Stanza pulitissima, fornita di tutto, a partire dalla biancheria e accessori da bagno (spazzolini usa e getta, dentifricio, bagno schiuma, cuffie, shampoo, ciabatte e phon), cuscini supplementari, una un piccolo frigo, un bollitore per il tè e una macchinetta da caffè a capsule. Posizione centralissima, in area pedonale, a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus e circondata da bar e ristoranti. L'host è stato molto attivo e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per arrivare sia in auto che in treno, oltre a tutte le informazioni per accedere alla stanza.

Çok fazla merdiven cımanız gerekli, valizli ve torgun olunca pekde hoş değil.13 yaşında oğlumuzda var ve 3 kişilik rezervasyon yaptırmamıza ragmen onun için yatak hazır değildi.Biz çekyatı açtık ve hazırladık.

La struttura è bella nella sua particolarità di residenza d’epoca. Ottima posizione.

Purtroppo il nostro weekend è stato rovinato per due motivi. Il primo a causa delle scale!! La nostra stanza era all’ultimo piano, con 5 rampe di scale ripide!!! Ho problemi ad entrambe le ginocchia e per me è stata una reale sofferenza ogni volta che sono entrata o uscita dalla struttura! Ho sofferto molto. Non avevo letto tutte le recensioni, al momento della prenotazione, quindi era un particolare che ignoravo; è vero, è una residenza d’epoca ed è così…….ma scrivetelo che la struttura non è adatta a chi ha problemi osteo-articolari. Altro punto tragico sono state le punture da cimici di letto!!!! Siamo rientrati e ci siamo trovati con delle punture sospette. Abbiamo avuto conferma dal dermatologo! Quindi oltre il fastidio delle punture, io nei giorni seguenti sono stata male psicologicamente, purtroppo, questa cosa mi ha creato forte ansia. Purtroppo non possiamo avere un bel ricordo di questa struttura.

Posizione centrale non distante dal parcheggio pubblico. Camera grande, recentemente ristrutturata, piacevole. Bagno spazioso e funzionale.

Tutte cose facilmente migliorabili: l'accesso dal vicoletto con l'atmosfera un po' triste e la scala oltremodo ripida. Lo scarso isolamento acustico della camera dalla scala. Il buono da quattro euro per la colazione al bar, scarsino, meglio non offrire la colazione e tenere più contenuto il prezzo offerto per il soggiorno.

Bellissima struttura!

L'appartamento molto bello, curato e accogliente. Noi eravano in 4, camera da letto meravigliosa e il divano letto in fin dei conti era comodo! Anna è stata molto gentile anche nel consigliarci vari locali dove mangiare. La colazione nella pasticceria convenzionata con la struttura era squisita!! Insomma una vacanza da ripetere!

la struttura è in pieno centro storico in zona non accessibile in auto. Unico difetto dover trovare un parcheggio in zona limitrofa che a seconda del periodo e dell'ora potrebbe essere difficoltoso. Per il resto tutto ottimo
