A beautiful stay in Sarzana

A lovely room located on a beautiful piazza. The balcony was lovely after sunset. Our hostess was delightful - we enjoyed talking to her over breakfast (in perfect English and Italian) She served the best breakfast of our trip, even making us homemade gluten free pastries. What a treat!

A charming stay in the heart of Sarzana—historic, central, and full of local flavor

The host’s mother was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The building had great character, the location was right in the historic center, and breakfast was one of the best we had: fresh coffee, pastries, and local touches that made it feel special.

Lots of stairs and no elevator, which isn’t ideal after a long walking day with bags.

The most beautiful, immaculate, spectacularly kept room. It seemed newly remodeled. But most wonderful was the couple who served us breakfast and cared for us. They were so sweet! Thank you!!

Romantic, homely, clean, great location!

Lovely balcony with view over piazza. Romantic, perfect location. Cinque terre is also easy to get to from this quaint little town. The room and bathroom are very clean. Mary and her husband are a very helpful, warm and caring couple. A complete and delicious breakfast is available to enjoy courtesy of Mary. We highly recommend a stay here!

Only minor gripe is that it gets very warm in the afternoon and the airconditioning is a little noisy.

The stairs leading to the room smelled badly of smoke. No person showed up for the check-in. I had to call for check-in instructions even though I had no plan and when I asked for a receipt, I never received one. Not a nice customer service.

I booked here based on the picture of the breakfast. They are not serving breakfast in the dining room due to covid. That makes sense, but to be fair to potential customers they need to take down the picture until they reopen the room.

A lovely property in a great location in a piazza next to the cathedral. The staff were fabulous. Great restaurants nearby.

The room was a bit too warm even with air conditioning and a fan. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly - maybe user error!

Nothing about the Hostel which is great the only thing is that we had a church with a bell tower nearby and in the morning it was almost impossible to sleep a few more hours

Sarzana en deze b&b, zijn ondanks het niet hebben van een balkon een aanrader.

De ligging van de b&b is fantastisch en het ontbijt was top. Zeer vriendelijke host die goeie tips heeft.

Ik had een b&b geboekt met balkon ( tik ik altijd in bij de zoekfunctie) maar blijkbaar had ik dat moeten aanvragen, aangezien er maar 1 kamer is met balkon. Toen ik hier naar vroeg werd ik via de app niet heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan.
