Stanza molto curata e completa di tutto, personale cortese e disponibile, colazione molto buona. La possibilità di fare il check-in in autonomia é stato sicuramente un punto a favore

De heerlijk cappuccino en het heerlijke verse fruit bij het ontbijt. De zeer lieve mensen die het runnen en de extra informatie die ze gaven. Het gereserveerde parkeren voor 10 p/d was het zeker waard. Slechts 100 meter vanaf appartement. De locatie midden in het gezellige centrum. Goed werkende airco. Goede trein verbinding om in La Spezias en cinque terre te komen. Heerlijke ijssalons.

Central location Good hair dryer
The stairs leading to the room smelled badly of smoke. No person showed up for the check-in. I had to call for check-in instructions even though I had no plan and when I asked for a receipt, I never received one. Not a nice customer service.
