Good accommodation with free parking space and kind owner.

Marco (owner) was very helpful, he gave us a lot of information about discovering La Spezia, Cinque Terre ... It had everything that you need for staying few days, also free parking space!

Well located and in walking distance to old town and train station. Decent clean room with many breakfast options. Marco is an exceptionally helpful and friendly host, he even came to the train station without being asked to help us with the tickets.

Very nice stay, highly recommended

Nice and very clean room. Walking distance to the beautiful historic center (and fortress) of Sarzana, a town I had never heard of and I wonder why it is not more famous. Many restaurants all within walking distance from the accommodation. Very nice owners gave us great recommendations and made us feel like we are friends of the family. Public parking across the street. Only 10 minutes walk to the train station from where it is a short train ride to Cinque Terre so we enjoyed those little towns without the headache of doing that trip by car.

we had an amazing stay

Everything was very clean. Both Marco and Lori are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from the old centre of Sarzana en enough parking space in front of the B&B. We felt very welcome.

all was good. the only thing not to give a 10, is because the shower is a bit small for tall dutch men :). nevertheless, it was clean and that's most important.

Un hôtel exceptionnel

Un accueil chaleureux de Marco et sa compagne, et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Ils sont aux petits soins pour les résidents. La chambre est spacieuse et la propreté irréprochable. Literie confortable et belle petite terrasse. Le petit déjeuner dans la chambre sous forme d'une machine à café et de petits gâteaux est parfait. Idéalement située pour se rendre à deux pas de Sarzana, la gare est à 10 minutes et pratique pour se rendre à la Spezia ou Pise. Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons, Merciiiiiiii !!!!

Proprietari molto accoglienti e gentili. Cuscini stra comodi, pulizia, balconcino per stendere, frigorifero a disposizione, necessario per colazione

Bagno un pochino ristretto. Una sedia o un pouff per sedersi in più in camera avrebbe fatto comodo, soprattutto per la colazione. Nulla di grave comunque

Piacevole soggiorno

Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, bagno con kit cortesia, nonostante non fosse prevista la colazione, era presente in camera un bollitore con tisane, macchina del caffè con diverse cialde sia per il caffè che per il cappuccino, varietà di biscotti confezionati, bottiglia di acqua. Posizione a due passi dal centro, con parcheggio difronte gratuito. Host gentilissimi. Torneremo sicuramente !!

Host accogliente e gentilissima, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo. Letto comodo, camera pulita anche se piccola.

Forse proporrei il servizio colazione, magari in giardino :)

Les propriétaires étaient super accueillant, nous as donné plein informations pour visiter les 5 terres et conseils pour se déplacer en train, et très bien placé pour visiter, super village et parler français, Chambre super confortable et très propre . Super séjour à revenir

Ottima scelta

Sicuramente la pulizia , la professionalità e l'accoglienza del proprietario. C'è stata rifatta la stanza ( cosa non scontata su soggiorni così brevi ) e rifornito l'angolo bar della stessa. Macchina del caffè con capsule in abbondanza , briosch , biscotti , succhi di frutta e acqua forniti in abbondanza e gratuitamente. In stanza , oltre ai soliti " essenziali " è presente una smart-tv , aria condizionata , un bel balconcino. La chicca ( per me ) è aver trovato senza dover chiedere una spina multipla dove poter attaccare più prese senza dover staccare la bajure. Marco ( il proprietario ) è gentilissimo e ci ha fornito qualunque informazione di cui avevamo bisogno. Diciamo quindi che il b&b Agorà è promosso a pieni anzi pienissimi voti.

Tutto perfetto, pulizia ed attenzione al particolare, disponibilità dello staff. Colazione completa e buona, caffè della moka che non aveva nulla da invidiare ad un espresso. Parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte al cancello
