Ein sehr netter Vermieter - Paolo!!! Er hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Er hat stets ganz schnell per whatsapp reagiert. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder bei seinem Schwiegervater abstellen. Parken in der Straße war (zumindest für uns und über Ostern) kein Problem. Die Wohnung war Anfang 2026 neu renoviert! Kaffeemaschine vorhaden. Tolle Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Bett bequem. Es gibt auch einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen - super! Fahrstuhl im Haus. Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof 7 Minuten und in die Stadt (die ist sehr schön und interessant) 5 Minuten. Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren. Man muss wissen, dass es echt italienisch ist, also in einer Kleinstadt und nicht auf dem Lande - wir wollten das so!!
