Small but comfortable room close to the town centre.

Comfortable, if small, room on the edge of the town, 5-10 minute walk. Not, perhaps, the most salubrious of settings but OK. Low on facilities but OK for a stopover.

It's a little pricey for what it is but that's Sarzana, close to enough Cinque Terra and Lucca to get the tourist revenue.

Very easy to reach from the motorway, easy parking in front of the house. Sarzana is a lovely town.

Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was not included but in the room we found everything: kettle, coffee machine, biscuits, jam, etc. and a small fridge with drinks (water, milk, soja milk, etc.). Self check in was easy and smooth.

Nothing. If we really need to find something, the shower was a bit narrow.

It’s easy to walk to the centre of Sarzana where there are some lovely shops and good bars. The Fortezza di Sarzanello is interesting with good views but wear sturdy shoes if you walk. The bed was comfortable and bed linen nice. WiFi worked well. We had breakfast on the balcony which gave us some extra space. There is free parking within the apartment block compound. Capsule coffee machine and kettle with teapot provided (breakfast is DIY in the room).

Being in a residential apartment block, I felt we were trespassing on the locals’ environment. It felt a bit strange. Tiny, tiny shower. Hand soap dispenser was empty. The fridge for the breakfast drinks was right next to the bed and the sound of the condenser was very loud whenever it came on. We had to buzz open the gate to get the car out and then go back to the apartment to leave the keys in the room door - difficult if you are a lone traveller. Garden view means neighbours’ gardens.

Convenable mais trop cher

Chambre et salle de bains convenables. Il y avait beaucoup d’éléments pour faire le petit déjeuner : machine à café, thé, miel, eau dans le frigo, lait et jus de fruit…

Dans la description de la chambre louée, il y avait écrit balcon avec« vue sur jardin ». Or le jardin était celui de la maison voisine, la véritable vue était sur les poubelles ! et autres immeubles. De plus la chambre est située dans un immeuble très mal insonorisé, on entend les pas des gens au dessus et la télé très fort très tard le soir. Ce n’est pas la faute du loueur mais quand on utilise un immeuble pour créer des chambres d’hôtes, on s’expose à ce genre de problème. Donc le rapport qualité / prix n’est pas bon.

Suite Simonetta ligt tegen het centrum van Sarzana aan waardoor het centrum goed lopend te bereiken is om alle leuke bezienswaardigheden, winkeltjes en restaurants te bezoeken. Suite Simonetta heeft eigen parkeergelegenheid voor de deur op een afgesloten parkeerterrein. De kamer was schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. De check-in ging snel en soepel.

Facilissimo da raggiungere e posizione ottima per raggiungere Sarzana centro, la stazione dei treni e quella degli autobus. Camera pulita e ben arredata. Servizio di pulizia e colazione buona. Parcheggio gratuito. Lo consiglio vivamente.
