Non lo consiglieri anche per la polvera trovata sopra al piumone.

Piaciuto piaciuto non proprio nulla, tante cose da rivedere Il bagno grande e ampio.

La richiesta della cuffia per il bagno in piscina e poi abbiamo scoperto che nessuno la indossava durante il nostro soggiorno, la camera da letto vecchia e umida Poco parcheggio Colazione con poca scelta e cappuccino dalla macchinetta automatica Stretta la stanza per le colazione e tutto troppo vicini per la privacy. Passaggio davanti alle camere di altri e si vedeva tutto all’interno. Non siamo rimasti molto contenti per fortuna era solo per due giorni.

Una coccola

Struttura molto bella, stanze pulite, colazione ricca e le torte di Angela sono un plus. Posizione ottima per visitare Sarzana e limitrofi. Gentilezza, cortesia ci siamo sentiti a casa. Consigliatissima.

Paradijs!

Op een afgelegen weggetje vind je een waar paradijsje. Heerlijk zwembad, kamer met uitzicht op zwembad. Terrasje voor de kamer waar je in de avond heerlijk een wijntje kunt doen. Lekker rustig, wij hadden weinig last van de omgevingsgeluiden. Lekker bed ook! Gastvrouw en heer erg vriendelijk.

Op booking staat dat er Engels word gesproken, dat is niet zo. Google Translate is dan wel handig. Verder zit je inderdaad bij een snelweg en spoor. Maar wij hadden daar helemaal geen last van.

Der Pool war der Hammer, einfach traumhaft. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse zum Pool einmalig und richtig zum Abschalten. Frühstück war OK, Cappuccino super, Kuchen sehr gut. Gute Matratzen.

Naja, die Zufahrt war etwas schmal für ein größeres Auto, an einem Tag kaum Wasserdruck zum Duschen, jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ja, den Zug hört man, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Decisamente tutto! Stanza ampia, bagno comodo e con tutto il necessario, parcheggio all’interno della proprietà, estrema cortesia e gentilezza dei proprietari, colazione variegata ed abbondante e, su ns richiesta,anche salata.Il giardino è curato e sembra di essere in un’osai! Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo per usufruire della piscina!

Bellissimo e curatissimo b&b appena fuori dall'uscita dell'autostrada di Sarzana. Proprietaria molto gentile ed accogliente. Camera spaziosa, pulita dotata di ogni comfort . Colazione varia ed abbondante.

Heerlijk centraal voor onze uitjes

De kamer met koelkast, tuin en zwembad. Het ontbijt is, in tegenstelling tot eerdere reviews, gewoon goed. Brood, ham-kaas, eitje, pancakes, cerials, yoghurt, jam. Croissantjes, chocobroodjes, koffie, thee en fruit. De Italiaanse gastvrouw spreekt inderdaad geen Engels en wij geen Italiaans. Google-translate bied uitkomst..

De accommodatie ligt inderdaad ingeklemd tussen de snelweg (hoor je nauwelijks) en het spoor (4 á 5 treinen per uur). Maar zeker niet zo storend als eerder genoemd.

The breakfast was okay - not special. The gardens are immaculately kept and beautiful. The hosts were basically kind and friendly. The swimming pool looked potentially lovely

Although it was clean and of an attractive design, the pool was uninviting, thanks to the permanently present vacuum cleaner on its floor and trailing hosepipes etc. We never saw anyone using it. The hotel facilities are otherwise quite basic, and we thought the property overpriced. The location of the property is scruffy and felt risky. The lane it's in is dark and we didn't feel safe walking home - necessary, because we couldn't get a taxi to take us there in the evenings after an early dinner. The towels were not changed in 5 nights. It was very hot and there was no air-conditioning. The worst thing, however, was that the chamber maid was extremely and unjustifiably rude to us. The host apologised when I told her what had happened, but still: we were very upset and it spoilt our stay.

Beautiful vacation

The Hosts are very kind and offer help for everything. Even though the language was a small barrier, they loved to give us information and ideas for trips with hands and feet. The room was super clean and a rustic interior. The breakfast was lovely, typically italian: coffee and selfmade cakes, cookies and pastries. The garden is beautiful, well looked after and the Pool is just perfect. And of course the little dog whiskey :)

Wifi is not working properly, the Auto-Strade and the railway crossing are a bit loud.
