A lovely property with an excellent outdoor Pool and tables and chairs to have a glass of wine and relax. Very quiet and relaxing place and Francesca is a welcoming host. Not much English spoken but with Google translate we got along well! Nice, bright breakfast room with lots of information on local restaurants and places of interest.
The property was located a little way out of Sarzana Centro with around a 2k walk or 5 minutes drive. The road to the property is narrow and bumpy with a very narrow turn over a small bridge to get there. Suitable for small/ medium car but nothing bigger.
Breakfast was fine, but there was no savoury food, like eggs or cheese/ham.
Bedroom was a good size with good facilities.

Francesca e Salvatore sono due persone molto accoglienti, molto ospitali e soprattutto molto attenti a darti i consigli per vivere al meglio l'esperienza alle Cinque Terre. La location è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere Lerici, Porto Venere, le Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Forte dei Marmi e Portofino. Sicuramente ci torneremo per continuare il giro in zona perché c'è ancora molto da vedere.
Questo è solo un suggerimento sulla colazione: la arricchirei con la colazione salata.
