Great place to relax and swim in the lovely Pool.

A lovely property with an excellent outdoor Pool and tables and chairs to have a glass of wine and relax. Very quiet and relaxing place and Francesca is a welcoming host. Not much English spoken but with Google translate we got along well! Nice, bright breakfast room with lots of information on local restaurants and places of interest.

The property was located a little way out of Sarzana Centro with around a 2k walk or 5 minutes drive. The road to the property is narrow and bumpy with a very narrow turn over a small bridge to get there. Suitable for small/ medium car but nothing bigger. Breakfast was fine, but there was no savoury food, like eggs or cheese/ham. Bedroom was a good size with good facilities.

A relaxing stay

Quiet location off the edge of the city , beautiful grounds with a large swimming pool. Nothing fancy but gracious hospitality and very comfortable. A very good value. Secure parking.

Wonderful stay in Sarzana with lovely hosts

Four guest rooms in a completely renovated part, on top of the family house, in a quiet location a few kilometers away from Sarzana, where you have a good selection of restaurants and pizzerias. Very conveniently located for trips to the cinque terre, Lerici, Tellaro and Porto Venere. Bus, train or boat connections from Sarzana. The owners are extremely kind and they will do everything to make your stay a succes. They offered us their bikes to ride to Sarzana, so we could leave our car in the private parking at the b&b. They even bought a new bicycle pump to add some air in the tires. If you have time to spare, you can spend it in a nice pool. Breakfast is lovely with fruits, yoghurt and granola and a fresh pastry from the bakery shop, as well as a fresh focaccia with ham or mozzarella and tomato. Nice to have both sweet and savoury options. Thanks again for the delicious ‘cornetto con mela et crèma’ and for the decafeinato you ordered especially for me.

Good value, comfortable accommodation that is hidden away (and hard to find!)

The bedroom was roomy, clean and very comfortable. Ensuite shower room was also roomy with a good shower. Owner is welcoming & helpful. The setting is rural and very quiet, very peaceful.

Finding the B&B was an absolute challenge. It is tucked away off the road with no signage at all and extremely difficult to find. Ended up phoning for help from just 50 m away! Definitely needs to have a sign on the main road. The entry road is a challenge with a 5 point turn needed to get through the gate.

The best place where we were in Italy!

It is amazing place. We were in honeymoon and we could not find a better place like this. Really amazing. Carmile and Francesca are very helpful and Kind!

Superb

The room was wide and clean and the view on the countryside was nice. The owners are very kind and they like to interact with their guests. They gave us good suggestions on restaurants and we had a delicious dinner in the centre of Sarzana. The breakfast was ok with fresh pastries and focaccia. There is a private and comfortable parking area.

From our room you could hear clearly the voices of other guests. I guess their doors are too thin.

Esperienza stupenda 😃

Francesca e Salvatore sono due persone molto accoglienti, molto ospitali e soprattutto molto attenti a darti i consigli per vivere al meglio l'esperienza alle Cinque Terre. La location è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere Lerici, Porto Venere, le Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Forte dei Marmi e Portofino. Sicuramente ci torneremo per continuare il giro in zona perché c'è ancora molto da vedere.

Questo è solo un suggerimento sulla colazione: la arricchirei con la colazione salata.

Pour nous, tout a été parfait dans cet établissement, l’accueil de Francesca et Carmine ont été très sympathique et convivial, ce sont vraiment de belles personnes à découvrir et à connaître. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, la propreté, la gentillesse des autres et les équipements très complet et adéquats.

La struttura è semplicemente perfetta, immersa nel verde e con una splendida piscina, ma a pochi minuti dalla deliziosa Sarzana. La camera era molto ampia, arredata con gusto e completa di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Letto comodissimo. Tutto ciò non avrebbe il valore che ha senza la dolcissima Francesca, che ti accoglie con estremo garbo ed è disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. I suoi consigli sui ristoranti di zona sono stati preziosissimi. Per un soggiorno in alta Toscana e le Cinque Terre, un B&B perfetto.

Struttura in collina nella pace assoluta, camera pulitissima arredata con gusto, piscina favolosa, proprietari accoglienti e amichevoli. Francesca l'anima artistica (i quadri appesi sono fatti da lei), in più nel centro di Sarzana ha uno spazio espositivo con le sue opere....bellissime e naturalmente manager della struttura; Carmine ex nostromo si prodiga nel mantenimento della bellezza del parco circostante, della piscina ( l'acqua il suo elemento) rifornitore e procacciatore di colazioni eccellenti. Essendo amanti di colazioni salate, abbiamo trovato ogni ben di Dio (lardo di colonnata, pecorino, prosciutto crudo, focacce, pane sublime) naturalmente anche dolci di ogni genere e gusto. Che dire, intanto grazie, speriamo a presto. Ciao Monica e Bruno ♥️

Sehr zuvorkommend, nett und weiter zu empfehlen

Das Frühstück war ganz ok, es wurde jeden Tag frisches Brot besorgt und Francesca und ihr Mann waren immer sehr bemüht. Ausserdem gab es einen Pool welcher sehr sauber und ein richtiger Abkühler noch abends war. Die Unterkunft selbst ist etwas abseits und eigentlich toll gelegen, hatten nur etwa 3 Hähne und mehrere Hunde in näherer Umgebung welche die Nachtruhe unterbrachen. Das Städtchen Sarzana ist sehr sehenswert und kulinarisch sehr gut.

Magnifique établissement situé proche de la ville Sarzana et des Cinque Terre

Tout d’abord, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Francesca et Carmine, qui nous ont très bien renseigné pour des activités comme pour des choix de restaurants. Les chambres sont spacieuse et très propres. Une magnifique piscine nous attendait pour nous rafraîchir et nous détendre après chaque journée d’excursion.

Le seul petit point d’amélioration serait éventuellement de proposer davantage de produits fait maison pour le petit déjeuner. Mais encore une fois, ce qui nous a été proposé été très bien.
