Fabulous affordable homey small family run hotel right on the water with beautiful views and delicious food

Clean, comfortable, and excellent value right on the water and with lovely views of the area. Away from the hustle of Saranda town but easily walkable. Delicious home cooked meals. Exceptionally helpful and friendly owners . Bernardo makes you feel like you are visiting old friends.

Nothing … well we had more rain than we wanted but that’s Mother Nature.

The location- outside from overcrouded Sarrande was very nice, the walking distance to the city centre was ca 20 min, own beachfront ( directly jump to the water, no sand) . The builidng is very new and rooms nice and big, big balcon with sea view Good breakfast ( for men’s maybe a little bit small), but everything was fresh and prepared in the same moment

The only thing I would complain about was the creaky bed.😌

Woderfull relaxing vacation

The location was amazing quite away from the noise of central serenade for us it was exactly what we needed to relax with a private beach with sunbeds located right on the water edge!!! You can't get more beach vacation than this!!! The Breakfast was grate One of the greatest things were that the restaurant is serving all day lunch and dinner which were absolutely wonderful and allowed us a relaxing time between beach time and eating thier grate food without having to drive to a restaurant somewhere in all the busy streets It is just 10 minutes drive from the promenade so we also enjoyed some time over there The hotel is a family business and they were extremely helpful and nice especially Bernardo that helped us with everything. Such a wonderful atmosphere We loved it

Stay here! It’s on the water, clean, and family run

This was my favorite property during our trip to Albania. It’s in the water with chairs and umbrellas, but far away from downtown Sarande in its own cove skipping the nose and traffic. The walk to the ferry is about 20-25 minutes. The room was great. It had a balcony and a decent size bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It’s family run and they are AMAZING. They were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. I wish we could’ve stayed here longer!

Beautiful beachfront property ina quiet area

Right on the water of a beautiful beach with plenty of sun beds available. We enjoyed the breakfasts and also the local food on the dinner menu. Bernardo was super helpful and organised taxis and buses for us. Thank you to the whole family for our wonderful, relaxing stay.

Amazing experience

Bernardo and his family welcomed us as family, and they were always available for whatever reasons we would need. The Villa was near the center, so easily accessible by cab. The rooms are very clean, very confortable, and the view is breathtaking. Then comes the part where you have direct access to the sea, and you can go to swim directly from the restaurant. I definitely recommend and i’ll be back for a longer vacation for sure.

Very relaxing peaceful stay y the sea at Fabeno

We loved our stay. This family run hotel is very friendly welcoming and comfortable. Bernardo was brilliant very helpful advice, booked us a hire car nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely fresh traditional local food always very nice. Plenty of sun beds always available right by the sea. The lunch we had in the restaurant was excellent. The room was lovely very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Very relaxing peaceful place to stay we highly recommend.

The hotel location is a great right on the sea. It is however 20+mins walk to the edge of town/restaurants etc.. We hired a car so we could explore the area more so wasn’t a problem.

Our stay at Fabeno Villa was fantastic we even extended our stay by 3 nights. The lovely family run hotel is so beautiful beautiful with an amazing beach and probably the best pina colada I have ever had. The family are so generous and are extremely helpful with any question you may have.

I couldn’t rate this place enough! The staff are amazing and always smiling, The Villa was very clean, the owners were so helpful, I travelled with my 1 year old who has some food allergies and couldn’t eat the food offered and the wife made fresh food everyday for her. They’re absolutely lovely and the view from my balcony was amazing. The food was also amazing and we really enjoyed staying here. Everything we needed was provided and the room was also spacious enough for us. Will definitely be staying here every time I visit sarande!

Awesome ocean view

Beautiful location right at the ocean, you can jump in right after breakfast and lounge by the water all day. The owners are really friendly too!

It's a bit far from the city center if you wanna walk. Breakfast was also not really for us, quite heavy. Also food or drinks there are on the pricier side.

THE PERFECT PLACE IN SARANDA

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Fabeno. Where to start? First of all, I'd like to talk about the staff: every single person is incredibly kind and helpful. The owner is so attentive, his wife and her extraordinary food, Christina the housekeeper who tries to do everything she can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The cleanliness was impeccable, the view absolutely breathtaking, the little private beach much appreciated, the restaurant with its fresh and tasty food, the idyllic location. Truly this place was my favorite in Albania. I couldn't come to Saranda again without visiting Fabeno. Just one thing to say: thank youuuuuuuuuuuu ♥️

Private beach, clear sea, confortable ambient. Very helpful host's with very good english, especially young lady (daugther/sister). Homemade breakfast with five stars

Good value for money

Really beautiful location, with private beach access away from crowds - it's a little bit out from the main town but close enough to taxi or walk in and the staff were super helpful to order us a taxi when we needed a driver. The property was super clean and comfy, and if you needed something the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast, dining menu and cocktails was also amazing - days when we just felt like eating at the property we were very impressed with the quality of the food for the price. Overall an enjoyable stay! Thanks!

- cash only made it a bit difficult to settle bills at the end of the trip although the staff tried their best to accomodate by allowing us to do a bank transfer but then were hit with international transaction fees. - would be good if there was a fresh water shower to rinse off after the ocean - more essentials in the room like an iron etc. - cause it's a family run property sometimes a little slow to action things like when we needed extra towels etc. but they were all so lovely it didn't bother us too much!

The breakfast was good and plentiful and varied from day to day. The location was perfect. Beatiful and calm, but only a short drive from Sarandë center. The rooms where nice, spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly, relaxed and always available.

There was nothing about the villa that I didn’t like. Should I find something to warn about, then it must be that the water at the private beach starts at a meter deep and therefore is less suited for smaller kids who can’t swim.

THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD

A wonderful hotel, intimate, with private access to the sea with beautiful views from the sun lounger and balcony. A great place for couples, not necessarily for families with children (which is a plus, you can enjoy the view and sound of the sea). Breakfast very delicious always warm served to the table with a beautiful view of the sea. On site, you can also order dinner and various drinks to drink on the balcony, in the restaurant or on the beach. Wi-Fi was also Excellent, you can work from this place. The owner was delectable and very helpful. If we visit Albania again, we will definitely stay there

Fabeno Villa is a lovely out of the way villa with a beautiful sea view and private beach. Breakfast was a little different everyday and always delicious! The hosts were very kind and always available to help us if we needed anything or any travel advice. It was a fairly flat and much shorter walk into town than anticipated and there are plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets to buy essentials from and eat out if you want to!

Amazing place with amazing view. The balcony opens up to the blue sea and it couldn't have been better. The host is amazing and helped us everytime including getting around the city in his car. I would definitely recommend this place.
